Finance and Financial Reporting's 30 marks MCQ is over... and wat can i say is... not too bad la... mcq wat.... lol... wont below 20 can la... work harder for the final... hehe... today went to the property rental fair in the student union to have a look at some houses... okok la... picked few of the house and gonna arrange a viewing... most are around broomhouse and gorgie i think.... i think chit and weihan will prefer broomhouse... anything will do for me as long as its pleasent....

so the test is down... the next thing to do is to finish my Financial Maths assignment... which will be dued this friday... by the uni calendar... hols supposed to start next week... but since this week all the lectures are cancelled as they had covered everything.... so its just left 2 tutorials... prob n stats which gonna be ignored tomolo and FM on wed... and thats all... happy holiday! haha...

anyway... called back msia and found out that my dog... minnie... is hospitalized... aihhh... gonna go thru an operation... to take away its uterus... wish u luck and get well soon... wait for me to go back to see u in the summer!!

HW Beer Festival...

it was the Heriot-Watt Beer Festival on friday and saturday... went to it today(saturday) with wilbur in the afternoon to get ourselves a HW pint glass which cost 5 pounds... and some beer... they sell the coupon in strips... a strips of 5 half pint is 5 pound... shared with wilbur and in the end oni drinked half pint each... wth... the other 3 half pint wasted... ohh well... its for charity and nvm la... money spent is spent... got myself an english beer... cant recall the name and its normal normal la... prefer normal big name to it... lol... wilbur's beer have roast oak smell... imagine dat... suck... lol.... anyway... its just to have a look at the events and get the glass for souvenir... lol...

tuesday was weihan's birthday... went to kampung ahlee for dinner and a small celebration... had the Kuai Fa Mien.... and i dare say its not good... sigh... its just like fried yee mee with eggs and stuff... sigh... went there again today and ordered fok gin min... better taste la... and 1st time eating fok gin min with eggs inside... lol... now i suddenly feel like eating char kuew teow now!! DAMNIT!

Financial Mathematic's assignment is out and i dare say its a pure headache... sigh... tried to do the questions and got stuck now... to immunize the liabilities i have to buy a negative amount of assets...?? i think i used the correct method... hmmmm.... hold negative amount of assets meaning short sell dem?? damnit! how to interpret it!

Finance and Financial Reporting MCQ test is on the coming monday.... and it worths 30 marks... hope that it wont be hard... hopefully i wont have prob with the financial reporting la... as it is actually accounting... lol.. but finance.. aihh... study la jun hau!

weather had turn bad yet again... believe it or not... the weather is now negative again... in spring... and i still remember last week was still around 8 degree lidat... and the wind had returned and its bad! cold..... cant wait for next week now... when kw and gangs are coming up!!! lol... hope the wind blows and let them feel what is it like to be in edinburgh... lol....

recent updates on me.... on saturday, shams, han, tini, phin and I went to the Colours Of Malaysia... University of Edinburgh's Malaysian Night.... hmmm... oh well... go there to eat, watch performance and look look lor... haha... anyway... the show was quite good... entertaining... but the food was abit dissapointing thou... doesnt really worth my 10 pound! lol... han had a little fun with introducing himself as a China man or Korea man to gals there... haha... and dey believed.... sigh... oh well... han just so unMalaysian anyway... =P

decided to go to their after party then... they as in the EMSA ppl... however, they had to clean up 1st and so 4 of us went to grassmarket and went to pub... 1st pub went in... aiyor... so full! den go out... bloody hell... when i go out the uncle by the door(drunk and high i think) suddenly held out a hand for a shake... normal la shake shake fun fun mar... han who is infront of me oso shaked wat... but then dat bugger gave me a hug and i could smell his heavy beer and shave ur face la come on... hate ur facial hair dude... haha... went to another pub beside then and had a beer there...

and so went to the after party at CITY Night Club... and u noe wat happened la... cant seem to get into the mood so must drink more... but then... drinking come at a high cost... spent quite abit there... =.=

anyway... saturday wasnt a good day as man utd lost again... damn shitty... good thing was chelsea lost as well... but bad thing is liverpool trashed aston villa... aihhhh... man u ar man u... please regain ur old form..!!

yesterday night was a bad night...(sunday night) oh well... typically i woke up at around 12 considering i slpt at some where near 3.30am... then had a nap again which initially supposed to be 30mins but turned out to be 1.5 hr... sigh... too much of slp and resulted in a bad night... light off at 1am and slp oni at 3am... suffer siao...! wish i could slp like my bro or dad.... dey could slp anytime anywhere... and best of all... doze off within 5 mins....

Lets welcome spring! bye bye winter... the weather had turned great... hasnt been raining for days... this is a really rare case here.. lol... and best of all... its not cold at all... tho still single digit but its great... cause the sun light is hot here... haha...

so what spring looks like in edinburgh? hmm... great weather(till now)... den the green u can sumtimes spots some yellow flowers... dunno is sum1 planted it or it bloomed itself... just overnite and the flower is there... wow... and smell of horse shit fertiliser... lol... so as the weather is getting better.. ppl arent wearing that many layers anymore... (=P get wat i mean?) haha... and u could see ppl having picnic on the grass... lying down under the sun... its really relaxing seeing ppl do that... lol... den seeing ppl playing sports as well... football rugby frisbee... argh... so feel like join in and football! but u noe la... i juz not the socializing type of ppl... sigh... wish the msian here find sumthing to do... play around.... ^.^

this morning got woke up by the fire alarm at around 4am and got to stood outside for like 20mins... gek sei... spoiled my great slp... worse of all... damn bloody irritated by sum gal dunno y so high... jumping around and shouting "my room on fire" and taking pics and video of the fire truck... wth...!!

life's the same... still the same person here.... so what happened recently... lets see...

went to view phin's future house(if he takes that place).... its really super cool... on the starting of gorgie road.... exactly where karhee and fibi staying right now.... its the same block some more... just that the 1 with 4 double bed rooms is on the ground floor... but its double storey with a huge living room with view of the river behind... and 3 bathroom of 2 have showers... and carpet floor... etc etc which can say to be top class... from outside it looks great as well and on the main road... but then the rent is super.... haha.... hope dey get it den we shall crashin his house... lol... anyway... still thinking where should i stay next year.... troublesome....

ben&jerry's have this deal in sainsbury... 2 for 5 pound.... which is great... got 2 of them... however... my freezer is some how spoilt... the door doesnt seems to close by itself.... and my icecream melted... =.= not nice liao...... T.T

played badminton as well with azmi today... hope to do more sports in the coming weeks... =) badminton still my favourite... but just that hard to find partner to play with... aihhh... football? haha... no need to say d... T.T

ManUtd lost big to Liverpool... which was quite a sad news... aihhh... dey played so well on wednesday night against inter milan when i watched them in the union.... syok weh...! the atmosphere there... hehe...

anyway... sunday was terrible.... woke up to see outside snowing or rather call it blizzard... and within the next hour.... it stopped and mr sun woke up... then the snow melted straight and the white ground returned to green in just less than 30 mins? imagine the heat from the sun here... crazy... =.= weather had been really messy recently... >.<

Hail + Wind = BAD!!!!

the weather today was the worst ever.... worst in edinburgh so far since i came here.... usually rain here means just shower...... but today it really did rain... and it rained half of the day nonstop... and its heavy! =.= and the worst part was when i came back from asda and start my walking journey with 3 packets of stuff from the busstop back to my hall... things get worse.... its so heavy and windy till u could see the rain actually got blown sideway by the wind.... and on top of that... its hailing as well when i walk back.... its so terrible till it felt like a thousand needles hitting on u and esp my face! damnit! and fighting the wind is no easy task... half way of my journey i oledi can say out of breathe d... coz its really freezing cold as well.... =.= its good that i survived...!! lol... hate it!

so where did i go today... princes street lor... where else in edinburgh... lol... so the plan was initially go find sum realestate and see some house.... however... all the office are closed.... =.= so... we went out for Bella Italia lunch... had a great pasta there.... and walked around.... went STA travel.... then rest in wilbur's place and dinner at Nando's..... great "eating" day... lol... then went asda to refill my cupboards... and then the hail came... =.=

3rd of march... happy birthday to myself... and really thanks my frens here in Heriot-Watt for making this day so special....

lets see... well... i noticed that something is fishy since errrr... saturday? but din think of it too much... coz since that day... these people had been speaking in alien language in front of me... and u noe la... alien language means secret which not meant for me to noe... =P well... i oso duwan think too much and just let myself follow wateva is planned by those "aliens".... birthday mar... a surprise party mar... i not suppose to noe so that i could feel the maximum surpriseness rite? lol...

so throughout the day... i really did believe chit and phin dat... we are going out to have dinner.... and so i was thinking where to eat coz muz be halal as well... hmm... chicken cottage? nah... just had that like saturday.... after cls end... chit told me going kampung ali... and i really did believe that k! and so before i go back to my room for a nap... they told me 7pm at the bus stop...

den.... as usual... phin will be late like 15 mins.... so i tot really going out for dinner... haha... shams chit weihan and me was actually there grumbling bout his usual act... lol... and in the end they called mai and say she's not ready and go the leonard horner bus stop and wait... and from there... sumthing seems fishy... y is the leonard horner lounge is closed so tightly with curtains... hmmmm......

then mai asked us to go up and wait and told us to go to the lounge.... haha... btw... when i walking in... i saw iman peaking thru the curtains... oooo... and there i NOE party in lounge... hahaha... but what i din expect was... mai's lousy acting...(not really lousy la) and i totally din expect steamboat... haha...

the food was totally great... steamboat and chicken rice.... this chicken rice is much much better then the last time we made for the CNY nite... lol... and the tomyum steamboat... needless to say la... =) great dinner and great wine and then we played cranium... this time... 12 ppl played(thou some went off midway)... the more the merrier for the game...! lol... and i had my "birthday gift" which was unexpected on the way home.... thou i din really enjoyed it... coz it was snow.... it snowed again... and i tot winter was over... sigh... its getting cold again!

A Walk Around Edinburgh...

On saturday... 5 guys here decided to have a walk around edinburgh town... believe it or not... this is actually the 1st time we walk (as in visit) the city of Edinburgh since we were here.... sigh.... other ppl ask... wats there nice in edinburgh... we dunno wat to say... but well... the castle is famous and huge enuf... lol... so we started off with princes park.... the princes road was close for tram work... closed till november... and thats the main road of edinburgh... aihhhh... edinburgh gonna be so dead becoz of dat...

Manchester...

as planned.... 3 heriot-watt student went down to manchester... after chicken cottage dinner and hopped onto train at 8.11pm... and so the journey begins with some suffering in the train as usual... the last hour of the train was spent by playing monopoly on my omnia... =D

11.44pm and we reached manchester piccadilly... its really quite a big station.... met up wif han's cousin bro and checked ourselves into our accomodation for the nite.... Hotel International... really opposite of the station.... and cost oni around 19 per person for a common toilet 3 bed room... the room wasnt that bad, minusing the thin bed i had and the noise from the bar below.... =.=

went to meet up with phin's fren and off we go to tai wu for dim sum supper.... i met up wif nicholas moo as well... he seems to be very good and enjoying his time here with his china fren.... ooo.... after dim sum we walked the street with lots of pubs ... cant recall the name... =.= but its famous for having lots of gay pubs there.... just spot for those with rainbow flag above the entrance... thats dangerous for straight man like me... lol... went to han's cousin room where some of dem played poker... saw shafiq there as well... he came for the manchester game...

saturday... check out at 11... and walked around town... then went to university of manchester to see the Manchester Malaysian Game... met sinyen there... and no 1 else i noe d.... =.= went their union for malaysian food.... which is really... not tasty at all... X.X haha.... no comments....

then back to town to shop around and went for the Eye of Manchester.... missed the chance to go to old traffold thou.... T.T mayb nez time la... i'll be back... dinner went to some chinese restaurant to celebrate phin's fren bday... and then the nite was really still young and we spent the homeless night in a casino... lol... the casino there actually have a mahjong room... for us to play mahjong for like 5 hr??? lol.... and best of all... free actually.... no entrance fee... just register... and refundable deposit for the mahjong tiles oni.... =) lets hope that edinburgh have this... lol... circus casino... actually part of genting group... haha... uncle lim's punya....

so we left there around 4.30am and walked to train station... took the rail replacement bus to york... waited/sleep in york train station waiting room.... then train back to edinburgh... and thats the end of the journey... tiring...!! but quite fun actually... manchester actually have nothing much to visit.... just shops and chinese food... and old traffold which we missed....

Valentine's Day... So What...

Valentine's was yesterday... so what did i do? nah... nothing... stayed at room the whole day.... another lonely year... but like mengshuen's fav quote now... Na You Zhen Me Yang.... nah... who cares... lol....

the day before... which was valentine's eve... well... 7 ma lat lou went to ate japanese food... =) sashimi... i must say the sashimi here is nice... lol...

and well... today phin han and i went for dinner with few chinese gals... well... dey wanna belanja phin mar... so we folo saje la... haha... thanks mimi for the dinner.... after dinner... came up with this super crazy plan...

we are heading down to machester next week.... the plan goes like this.... we shall leave edinburgh at 8pm as its the cheapest we could find... and reach at almost 12am.... straight check in... dimsum supper.... and then have a really good slp... coz its gonna be a long saturday nite.... next week is the manchester game... so all the hostel and hotel are full for saturday nite... we cant find any... so the crazy plan goes like this.... go mahjong at night... and hop on to a 5am train back... cheapest we could find as well... wanna slp... find a spot and juz sit down... wait till morning... =.=

Fun... its really a fun weekend... full of things on.... Tiring.... my leg muscle is aching now... reflects how long havent i been exercising.... beside those.... sumtong as well... spent big just in 3 days... lol...

friday nite.... we had a celebration dinner for phin... in a thai and indian restaurant near ocean terminal.... it was funny seeing phin got zeng gu by us... blowing the everelasting candles... lol.... after the dinner we went to Standing Order... its a super crowded bar... and i dare say the bartender abit racist!! stood in front of the counter for like 15 mins no 1 serve us.... when i kick thies out to the front she straight ask wat do u want.... wth!!!

and then sunday was the tiring shopping for MASSUE chap goh meh dinner.... heavy stuff and heavy hands.... =.= at nite it snowed... and it was just so nice... the snow was so soft! spent the nite cai tong yun in rachel's kitchen.... for like 3 hrs... =.=

and today... its chap goh meh and the dinner was kinda messy but successful la... not bad not bad.... tong yun got alot left over tho.... =.= aihhh....
took sum back for supper......

Snow and Lazy!!!

its had been awhile since i last updated... well... wat happened recently is that... almost the whole UK snowed throughout the week... here in edinburgh... i woke up on monday morning to see the beautiful white scenery outside my window... next day i woke up to see its green yet again!! =.= as it rained and the rain melted the snow... haha....

well... snow.... on facebook i see all my frens in dif part of uk posting their playing snow experience... where i in heriot-watt here... did nothing... nothing at all apart from walking from my room to cls under snow... lol... sad rite... but oh well... we played before d... and every1 actually came to the same thinking of no point getting ourselves super wet and cold again! lol...

snow is pretty... but... its not really good after all... as ppl walk on the snow... the snow slowly become ice... and become slippery... and walking on snow will have this weird sound as well which is irritating... and snow tends to get really dirty after alot of ppl stepped on it and den it dirtied my shoe... newly bought shoe in fact... aihhh.... and it makes the leg of my jeans wet as well... which is really not a good thing when the wet and cold jeans touch my skinn... >.<

lol... more snow are predicted but i assume not in edinburgh? haha... anyway... according to news.. this snow is the result of wind from russia... and uk is experiencing the coldest winter now... even the local complaint cold... haha....

other than snow... i am getting lazier these days... cooking oso lazy... but i did brought myself prawns... haha... and fried it once in tomyam sauce... and another time in tomato sauce... nice!! wuuu... now i found out another easy dish for me to survive... fry mincemeat.... its just so easy... haha..... and just eat it wif rice... and thats another dinner for me... There was this little talk today on : AMS Exchange Program... to either Melbourne or Waterloo for 1 year.... hmm... interesting... but most prob i wont go gua.... Melbourne... there will be lots of frens over there... and not to mention nearer to msia... haha.... but soli la... not really interested... lol....

installed NFS : Underground on my com... and sigh... din expect my com... really dat weak.... all the graphic had to set till low low... =.= sadnya.... i din pay such a high price for that... bugger.... >.< remember that i bought a controller?? yay... i am using that to play the game... feel so much like ps back at my house... lol...

installed the new live messenger as well... and i got to say... i din really like it... haven get used to it... dun really like the new notification sound... very soft... lol...

today is nin cor sei... 4 days of cny had passed and theres 11 days left.... well... 4 days and still no angpao le... expected la... in uk mar... lol...

lets update abit... yesterday nite every1(all the guys) crashed into weihan's room for pizza dinner... 3 16in pizza... huge... lol... then there came poker again and loser finishs the garlic bread.... then... weihan's dekstop is finally ready for usage and gaming... and so... there were 4 coms in the room and played L4D.... back to room and cont playing sial... till 1.30 i think.... well... newbie here... damn noob... =.=

class is same as ever... i have no idea how am i gonna fare this term... all the subjects require minimum writing in class... all notes are printed out... basically in cls is just doze off or take omnia out and play... =.= remember last term's prob and stats? he used printed notes thats y no 1 liked it... and its my lowest score in the exam... =.= exam result is out and did quite well... happy with it... =)

back in msia... neighbours had came over to my home to gamble twice and i missed it... aihhhh... mum is telling me to fly back to msia during easter... well... my easter hols aka april hols is sumthing like study break... exam will be right after it... most prob not going back la.... not until may the 30th... my plan for the 3 weeks in apr is 1 week hols 2 weeks study... hopefully we could travel somewhere nearby! by no plans yet... T.T speaking bout going back msia... damnit... my official term will end on 22 of may and my initial plan was travelling abit with the hw mates... argh.. dey now tell me that they booked their flight back right after the exam... which is around 23 or 24.... omg... what could i do during the week alone?? T.T where will i stay?

EMSA(edinburgh malaysian student association) had this steamboat dinner at Chinios.... we (the heriot-watt ppl) sort of crashed into the uni of edin ppl for this event... lol... as theres malays around... it was a seafood steamboat... along wif buffet.... and frankly speaking... the buffet is better den the steamboat for me... lol... the sze chuan was juz... too much... too spicy... and as i dun really enjoy seafood... theres nothing much for me to enjoy except the fishball which is just not as good as those in msia... =.= how i miss the steamboat in msia now.... anyway... it was a fun night.... =)

tomolo or should i say later today.... my brother will be leaving edinburgh heading back to msia.... and wont come back anymore... T_T... its all gonna be me alone then after... and so... today he rented a van and carried some unwanted stuff over to me... and its really lots of lots of stuff.... had a really bad time arranging all the stuff... finding place to put stuff and set up the monitor and speakers which is huge.... i am facing a 22 inch monitor now... not used to it and it felt like straining my eyes ooo.... keyboard and mouse became wireless... but the thing is theres no place for me to put my keyboard and mouse now... if i put on the keyboard,, i will just end up too near to the huge screen... =.= anyway.... slowly get use to it la rite.... furthermore... i got his big big leather office chair... and wheres my old chair go? just leave it in the corner lor... and its just gonna be so zor deng... haha...

anyway... bro... wish u a safe trip back to msia... work hard and happy in msia as well.... in 5 months time... i will be back in msia! few more days to cny!!!

Hi every1... i am finally back in edinburgh... after a long 3 weeks.... so happy that i could finally rest now... 3 weeks had certainly worn me out crazily.... but fun thou... lol

so my review over the places i visited...

france and swiss(mostly swiss i should say) :
- swiss is a really expensive place... having two city in the top 5 highest cost of living i think...
- swiss is beautiful... white... but cold esp during winter....
- feel safe walking around the towns....
- train are always punctual...
- the public transport system is great... we got a "passport" and it valid for few days and can be used for trains, buses, boats, trams,.... etc.
- a place which worth returning there...
- skiing was fun... but tiring... you actually get to sweat... lol

so how bout italy?
- only rome and milan feel clean... other places... look out for poo poos....
- the town doesnt feel really safe... pickpocket is famous... and u see alot of ppl from africa and india selling those fake stuff like in every corner of sum streets...
- hostel is better den hotel... as hostel have free internet usually... =) and the reception is friendlier and could really give a indepth guide around the town...
- map is important in italy... but please do not act too much like a tourist... or u might get picked pocket... lol
- this is a place where... u sud better go there by tour instead of walking around urself... but nevertheless... italy is a nice place... just... u have to becareful and sometimes being too careful made u miss lots of things... =.=

just a short update as not really feeling good these few days... my advice on travelling is... dun hesitate spending money on water... and avoid taking long journey budget air... it totally suck... ryanair... leg room was worse den train... and better not go up in an empty stomach... make sure u eat! lol... or else will end up like me... SICK...

so... the weather was considered fantastic... abit cloudy thou... walked around florence and finished within 4 hrs... =.= went up to piazza michelangelo... place where "chong siong wan siu" was filmed... remember the coffee shop on the hill where Sam 1st met Bell? lol... the view of florence was superb up there... saw a whole group of chinese there... wedding ooo... muz be those wedding while travel... but the thing is... they brought a whole large group of Youngsters... din saw parents oso... must be sum really rich china ppl la.... wedding in italy ooo.... crazy... dey summore played with those crackers.... BOOM! and my ear went half dead... wth... but the thing was i heard sum of them spoke chinese... but sum spoke sumthing like japs.... weird... i assume this is call a rich chinese met a rich jap?

since we had nothing to do after lunch... went into a museum... saw the famous David... not david beckham... David the sculpture... lol... super huge and nice... haha...

however... just when i tot the day was good... while i was looking out for dog poos... Piak... bloody heck.... the poo came from the sky tis time.... straight on my jacket... wth... BAD DAY!

On9 in Italy...

it had been very very long since i get the chance to online... or rather have the time to write something here.... oh well... since my exam finished... i had gone straight down to london then family trip to south france and switzerland.... back in edinburgh for few days where i touched internet again but dont really have the time or mood to come here and now in italy with my brother and his fren meichen....

oh well... france and swiss trip was totally "tian" and italy is totally "di" for the time being(6 days here and not even a single pleasant day)... france was Nice which was quiet with a nice looking room with stupid equipments... then to Monaco to gamble(nah... no money)... then up to Lyon... which was actually quite a nice town....

then into swiss.... kicked off with geneva... which was really nice... seeing all the branded watch.... syok... can say that in swiss we stopped at almost each watch shop... just outside admiring the price... lol... then few other place wich i cant recall the name now... but overall was fun.. including the visit to the alps... everywhere is snow and freezing cold... went up to a mountain to have a view of metahorn...that was around -15 degree i think... =.= then the next day went to ski as well... 1 day ski and super tiring till i keep falling.... T.T

after the enjoyable swiss... flew back to edinburgh for a new year with family in edinburgh... went to TGI Friday for dinner on the new year eve and princes street was closed for the hogmony... a street party... we have no ticket and have no intend of waiting there just to see the fireworks till midnite as there were no bus service after 9.30 until midnite... so we went back and just had a small glimps of the firework display from the field nearby...

then... after sending off parents and younger bro...overnited in gatwick airport and off we flew to Naples... from ppl's mouth... its a very nice place... but since we landed in Naples airport... up to the bus to city centre... omg... how nice could this place really be? its just worse than malaysia i dare say... the streets are full of colour... from black to yellow to white... and alot of those selling fake handbags and stuff like that... make the street feel "zap"... and the traffic is like the worse of all... traffic light can say was ignore and u can sometime see a smart fortwo stuck at the middle of a cross junction... wth...?

italy is already famous for pickpocket... so we summore have to look around to ensure our safety... u noe la... just like in msia... u look at some ppl... u wont feel safe rite... so keep looking at behind all the time... but walking on the street of naples have another problem... there were bombs everywhere... stupid dog poo poo... and how good of the dog owner for not picking them up.... >.< but well... for scenery... its nice coz its seaside... and u can see those traditional italy alley with hanging cloths... but the environment just let us down...

2nd day... off to capri but... the the rain came... since the night before till the 2nd nite... and this rain is nothing like edinburgh's... these drips are more like malaysia's type... just that not as heavy... all wet for the whole day... the capri island... sound familiar? it was in our secondary literature "The Lotus Eater"... Capri is beautiful... forgeting that we missed the bus station and had to walk half an hour back.... aihhh...

then... next day no rain... nice weather and we went to pompei... theres a bus from there to vesuvius(a volcano)... there were no sign of the bus stop and ppl arent that helpful over there... aihhh... and so we waited at the supposingly correct bus stop for around an hr and guess wat... no bus came... wth... according to the timetable... there suppose to be 2 buses oledi... fedup and went into the pompei ruins... ancient pompei... tiring walk coz the place was super big with almost same thing around... =.= out of it that time... arr... the bus was at the station and we ran for it... went up the hill... den walked to the volcano mouth which was 30 mins up walking on sandy road = super duper tiring... and 10 mins down... bus driver told us that the last bus was 3pm... and so we waited from 2.30 to 4pm i think... argh... damn this italy.... time wasted and next thing was train to rome... another unpleasant day then.... not to mention the yucky chinese dinner we had...

Rome... the sky was clear super nice day and so we walked the whole rome.... but it wasnt a good start u noe... a stupid guy in gladiator costume came and asked if wanted a pic... out of confusion meichen took with him and he said... 10 euro... wth.... keng keng keng and in the end 5 euro... but still... deng... we din wanted to take the pic 1 le... spoilt the whole day yet AGAIN.... but i must say rome is a much better place... its cleaner... the roads are wider... and the buildings are nicer... and well maintain... no poo poo anywhere and oh well... tho every1 say rome is the most dangerous place for pickpockets... but well... if u lookout.... that should be a problem... in fact i found out that the ppl are much warmer here...

next day train to pisa... was forced to take a late train as train ran out of ticket... best of all... we got fined for not stamping our ticket... infact... we din noe we had to.... the ticket we use b4 we din stamp oso... but this 1 seems to be an open ticket and so u have to stamp... =.= supposingly 50 per person and in the end we paid 50... ehhh... 51.50 was the price of the train ticket for 3 ppl le... 50 per person? crazy... damn... we totally noe nothing and all the instruction was in italian... how u expect us to understand... went to complain but dey did nothing.... bad day.... then pisa is very unpleasant as well... casino just outside the train station and so u can see those ppl standing outside making u feel uneasy... and best of all... not much restaurant and we end up mcd again...

remember that i said not even a single pleasant day? well.. the next day(today) rained heavily... and we walked in the rain for the whole day.... visiting the pisa tower and a town called lucca... totally soaked... then train to firenze(florence)... and thanks god that this is the best hostel so far.... lol.... the heater failed us in pisa u noe... =.= but well... its a wet day and so... every1 ended up with wet shoes and socks and pants... jackets as well... which made us super cold... and best of all... my money, cards and passport was wet as well... >.< best of all... we pulled our luggage troughout whole journey and thou its waterproof... some water managed inside and our shirts are cold and slightly wet... BAD DAY!

hope things will turn out better in the coming days....!! staying here tomolo as well meaning got internet... yay!

lets see... london trip was fun... meeting my old sunway mates up was great... walked around london... from westminster to talfargar square then chinatown and so on... window shopping at piccadilly as well and not to mention that we bought something in harrods... a bar of chocolate... lol...

the fun part was cooking together... bak kut teh and tong yun... sik tong yun yau dai yat sui lo... feel so old d... >.<

oh well... really miss them now... dunno when will b the next time i will b meeting them... hope will b very soon... guys.. come up to edinburgh la... train down south is suffering le! really dunno how will it b if i took bus... dead mayb...

Last Paper eve...

here i am... packing.... tomolo is the last paper and i am not studying but packing... well... after the paper... i gonna go down to london!! yay! few nites at kar wye's place which i still thinking how to fit all of us in... and then off to france straight with my family.... interesting hols le... wait... theres more.... i will be going italy as well after that... haha... so basically 3 weeks all packed....

hopefully i din miss out anything.... london... it sure gonna fun seeing the sunway ppl.... few ppl in 1 room... who noe wat can happen? lol.... cant wait for my exam tomorrow and cant wait for the train down to london.... cant wait to see my frens and family!!!

so wats up with me these days?? its exam week.... so where got time to come here le?? but infact... i spent most of my time the past few days watching series..... the new tvb series quite funny... entertaining... lol... study? well... its not like secondary... i only have maths here and what it needs most is exercise... which is very very limited here compared to sunway.... theres only like 2 or 3 past year available... how? aihhh.... but ok la... happy with the exam till now... hope tomolo wont kill my mood down to london.... =)

had been trying hard to clear my fridge these days... cause i wont be around and cooking for like 3 weeks.... so... lets see.. yea... i cleared all my meats in the freezer and had pasta continuously 2 nites just to clear up my shrimps and bacon lardons.... and errr.... onions... argh... din manage to clear it... bet i gonna throw it gua... since 3 weeks later i think it would sprout d... i finished my butter as well... using it as sub to oil these days... lol... then... errr... basically my freezer is totally empty and so is my fridge now... XD

so lets hope my exam not that hard and happy journey!

oh well... having exam means having study breaks... which meant that i gonna study study for most of the time... but the prob is i had finish all my tutorials and i want to leave the past years to the day before only do.... and so... i really dunno what should i do.... reread the notes?? which totally not wat i want.... aihhh.. end up watch shows most lor.... The Gem of Life... really interesting show... with lamborghini zooming here and there...!! XD

anyway... went to my bro's place today... to relieve myself abit from all the stress.... he made bak kut teh... nice!! ^^ beside that.... went there to watch ManUtd... which was totally dissapointing again... aihhhh... i went to the train station to print my tickets as well... going down london on 18... which is the coming thurs... have to start pack soon but 1st thing is definitely laundry.... haven been doing laundry for a month now... hehe... =P

played with my omnia quite a lot today... notice some bearable system lag... and the tomtom gps works perfectly.. provided u get ur 1st position lock on... it will take around 5 mins i think.... and if u restart ur fon... u have to lock on AGAIN... sob sob .... tried the live messenger which came with the phone and i must say!! i will nv on it again.. it is slow loading... and lagging the whole system... and adding craps to my fon... the craps include the emails.... and it save the contacts in my fon... wth.... den in my contact list its all messed up together with my usual phonebook... wahhh!!! had to delete those email address 1 by 1 juz now which really suffer.... X.X

Piang Piang...!! one paper down... three more to go.... it was the 1st official examination i sat in UK.... well... its the same as in malaysia where u go in to a hall full of tables and chairs... throwing ur bags in front which is really a big mess to find it later on... find ur own seat... listen to the crappy briefing... fill in attendance form and examination starts...

the big difference is... i think 30 mins just passed or even earlier... theres ppl going out of the hall d... not just 1 or 2... but continuous... every mins have at least 1 person pushing his or her chair... stand up and walk out... its just... so depressing... well... this might happen in msia as well but mayb not in my halls gua... secondary skul CHS dun allow ppl to leave early.... and sunway... hmmm... theres just few ppl who will go off lor.... but here its like... the whole gang of ppl.... empty table increasing by mins.. lol... after 1 hr.. i oso cant stood the atmosphere and got up and bye bye... lol...

wait for the others in the bridge.... played wifi on my omnia and it does work... ^^ and sooner or later... almost every1 came out gua.... lol... went poker again... ON EXAM weeks u noe... lol... but oo well... muz relax.... i didnt really touch anything almost the whole day... had been messing my omnia up... installing sum games and installed S2U2.... haha... wats dat... it meant slide 2 unlock... the iphone style... lol... quite cool actually... thou its iphone copycats.... lol.... anyway... i must stop messing up with my phone!!! pay attention in study weh....!! ciaoz..

oh well... as exam nearing... i oso abit lazy to update update.... had been having serious headache in doing the long winded maths.... anyway... it was wilbur's birthday on saturday... and so few of us went to Mussel Inn to celebrate it... as the name says... Mussels... 90% of things in the menu are mussels... lol... but sadly i dun really noe how to eat it so in the end just took their pasta... =.= but every1 gave a thumbs up so it should be really good... lol...

went to vodafone then... and in my mind i just think "I gonna get it this time... Dont care..." and yes... i got my phone d... for 30 pound 24 months... can lower tariff after 9 months.. not bad la the deal... just that he free me 1gb memory card oni =.=...

If yesterday was frozen... today was worse...!!! but beautiful!!! it snowed twice today... once was around 4pm... when the sky is still considered bright... lol... but dat was just for awhile... the night 1 was the best.... heavy and thick... theres snow accumulated on the ground and guess wat... this means snowball and everywhere u go there's war.... random ppl will just throw at u.... =.= but worst case for me was that i still dont own a glove yet... played wif bare hand and i dare say i do not want to experience it again... i totally cant feel my hand after like 5 mins of squeezing the snowballs... cant even take my fon out from pocket... cant even unlock the fon... cant even on my camera... all because of the super numbness on my hand.... its all red and no feeling at all... wat u can feel is pain and cold....!!! ouch.... >.< but its was really a great night... not to say tiring as well... =)

lets recall what happened the past few days... friday nite went down to chicken cottage to surprise Mai for her birthday... happy birthday mai.... edinburgh at nite is really nice now... princes street is lighten up with a fun fair which include a ferris wheel and ice rink and etc etc... as well as the christmas market and german market... and the trees were lighten up as well... nice town... after celebrating for mai... we went down to german market and sum of us had the german wine... its a hot wine... mixture of wine and herbs i think... not bad but 1 cup made me full d... =.= german market.... too bad its too late... if not i will go try the hot dogs and burgers... lol....

saturday was suppose to kick football in the morning... but it was cancelled due to bad weather.... its freezing and foggy... >.< i made up my mind of getting the omnia and ready all my documents down to phone4u... and dey gave me a good deal and so we went thru the procedure... at the end... wth.... cant pass the credit check... because my hostel's postcode have problem... cant find the address... argh... wth.... i touched it... and yet... cant get it... NOOOOO!!!! went over to my bro's place den to overnite.... super full dinner and i want that internet connection!!! 5 times faster den mine here... =.=

watched ManUtd derby match and thanks to rooney dey won 1-0.. the stupid part was actually ronaldo's sent off.... anyway... went to vodafone on the way home to try it out as my bro say mayb vodafone can... coz dif shop dif style of doing stuff... carphone sure no prob but dey offering omnia on o2 and cost alot! and damn the vodafone guy... on wed say 35 and sunday i went another guy say muz 40.... gg lor... not really good deal so just walked off.... argh omnia.....

back to college den... and its super cold these days... heard that the lake was frozen and sum duck skiied on it... lol... throwing stones on it could result in weird sound.. haha... and so i think sunday nite aka monday morning snowed... and when i woke up on monday morning... outside is kinda white... and yay... went to the lake!!

After MIA for like 3-4 days... i am back... well... everything is the same here... except i got conned by the weather forecast... >.<>.< then got conned 2nd time.... dey predict got accumulating snow on monday night... and where isit?? not even a drip of rain le! but on tues morning i do saw the garden field is abit white in colour... lol... snow snow... where are u!

on sunday nite... i made yok choi tong! (chinese herbs soup)... super jeng... 1 person finish 2 bowls... lol.. right after dat i feel so jeng san until my mouth hurts... haha... drank while its super hot ma... lol... then tuesday nite i think... i made a super big bowl of mee.... 3 drumsticks and 3 balls of mees... lol.... syok syok...

wed which was today... went out to princes street again... ohh come on!! exam in 3 weeks time and financial maths project due this friday... u should had stayed in campus le... but no regret for going out... lol... went chicken cottage(again)... and went train station and then went to ask my fon pricing again.... this time went to phone4u... that bloody fat guy quote me 45 per month... omg... 10pounds more den the other guy quoted me the week b4... i was like asking the guy... 30 or 35 kenot meh.... he said "i say 45 u say 35 so i give u best price... 40" wth... still more expensive then the week b4... summore say lowest deal around the whole town....

went to vodafone few doors away... and that kind guy quoted me 35 for 18 months... lol... 40 for 12 months and 30 for 24 months... come to think of it... actually 24 months is ok... lets see... 30x24=720... if i get the 12 month... after that i will hopefully be using 20 pm... so the calculation will be 40x12+20x12=720... ehhh... same amount le... haha.. my as well get 24 months juz in case i cant get 20 per month next time? lol... sum yok yok d!! argh!

then wented to go carphone warehouse to ask as well... and... T.T step in looking for salesman... got locked down by this china lady's eye sight... came and "xiao di, ni shi zhong guo lai de ma?" oh well... being the mr nice....should do more good deeds.... became her translator for like more den half an hour there... being the middleman between china lady and the indian salesman... lol... argh... should had asked for tips... but ohh well... good deeds mar!!! should ask for anything... dong zhou zik di yam dak la!! haha... in the end she bought 2 fon... samsung soul and LG shine both PAYG for 300 pound...

den met back up wif the gang after that to go down to meadows.... a small shopping outlets... went in walk awhile.. being the same old jun hau who dont spend much on shoppings... i just walked around and look around... wanted to look for a hat... to protect my ears... the weather these few days had gone really crazy.... super wind....!! went sainsbury then and there no sell drumstick... >.<

cant decide on dinner then... 2 choice... pizza hut in wilbur's place or Old Penang down the road... walked to Old Penang... saw the menu straight sok sa... haha.... main dish all 10 pound weh...!! in the end took bus back to wilbur's place and ordered pizza hut... dat 1 5 pound per person and full... lol... cheaper by 50%... i seriously envy his internet... so much faster then ours in uni!! 51mike works perfectly there!!! btw... to all those karaoke lovers... u can try google 51mike... u can sing ktv for free... chinese songs... lol... but its china website... connection abit slow la.... so my uni connection sure out d..!! btw.... the gang saw this thing in a shop.... this week i shall say i played sports most since i came here gua... see... on last sunday i played badminton and sum basketball wif my bro.... den on thursday... i played a game for the badminton mini league... the opponent was a dutch who in his 4th year d.... well... i shouldnt say he's bad.... he can actually hit quite nice strokes... but still.... lol... wacked him 3 games... and din smashed... hehe.... but i must say he should be better den average?.... used the plastic yonex shuttercock.... actually... it wasnt that bad... its fly like normal shutters and the only difference is actually its speed... this 1 seems to fly faster... becoz its lighter i think... but this means that it was fast pace game... lol....

friday night went squashie..... again.... play play play... hit some hard strokes... some light drops... and running all around the court.... its actually not bad... but just... it spoiled my badminton strokes.... =.=

then saturday which is today... went basketball with phin... yea... just the 2 of us... abit sad rite.... well... no 1 else want to play wif us oso... coz we too geng d.... 50% of the time was air ball... lol.... played 1 on 1 for awhile and not even 10 mins... both yelling time out d.... the air here is just so dry and cold till when u breathe.... it feels like ur lungs are frozen.... >.< so tiring till we decided to just throw the ball around... aih.....

so what sport is missing? FUTSAL/FOOTBALL.... i wanna teck bo la!!!

btw... went out for dinner at wilbur's place... he made bak kut teh... the singapore way.... well... guess wats singapore way..... its.... just put lots of pepper in!! and end out like ju tou tong(pork belly soup)...... lol.... keng gai at his place for awhile and went youtubing and watching stupid MVs.... edinburgh is really small i should say... mayb becoz princes st is the main place and theres oni 2 bus which heading back to uni.... saw my bro's fren on the bus... lol....

Oh well... its wednesday and its a Free day.... so what to cheer up this boring day? went down to princes street with phin... i had to get the 16-25 Railcard which will give me 1/3 off all train tickets.... lol.... =) after that went to ask around for phone contract.. omnia still seems to be expensive... phone4u offering 35 for 18 months.... carphone offer 45... damn expensive le!!! aihh.... still unsure to get it or not... =.=

met up with 3 china chinese girls then.... went to chinese buffet nearby.... which was quite okok.... after that went to wingsing(a restaurant) and guess wat... we had karaoke there.... lol.... its not like redbox in malaysia... but more like those big chinese restaurant with room and karaoke... just that this 1 has bigger screen.... the songs... not really up to date... =.= i think my house's would be better?? lol... but still... had a chance to sing... lol... fun.... however... dont mention the cost... aihhh... had been spending quite alot le... must control!!!

on Saturday... i went over to my bro's place to sleepover... yes... he is back in edinburgh and not for long.... most prob going back in january again... for real.... =.= anyway.... he and meichen sort of have a late birthday party or should i just say a food party at their place... so i went over to help out with the kitchen abit... well... i bao~ed wantons and i fried dem... haha... theres lots of other dishes as well.... nicely cooked...

so every1 came around 7... by everyone i mean my bro's gang... his year punya ppl.... those graduates.... and + melanie... who came with edmund.... lol.... asked her in the noon coming not she say no den suddenly appear... lol... eat eat eat and all chat chat chat... with every1 toking big and funny... haha... then opened few bottles of wine as well... and marcus was really tomato red just after one glass... =.=

every1 left around 10 and so meichen my bro and i continued sat there and slowly cont enjoy wine and chat.... seems that my bro had been converted to an Apple freak... den my house has a karaoke set d.... which contains lots of chinese songs... new songs summore... bro said got dao xiang ooo... haha... imagine how new and updated it is... lol....

ma pou wif bro den nez morning woke up late.... initial plan was wake up at 10 but woke at 1130... aihh... den rush to the bus and back to uni for badminton at 1.15pm.... the court there just feel really weird... the net felt abit lower and the court seems to be smaller.... then gong ngam dak gong kiu... marcus and ivan came for basketball... joined in as well... really suck in it... with 80% of my ball were airball.... wonder is it the problem wif the hoop here.... seems lower? higher?? haha...

went out again for dinner wif bro and meichen den.... last time was "chop chop"... this time we went "yum yum"... haha... all the funny names.... wheres "syok syok"?? food there not bad and really FULL... felt the same as friday... >.< then back to uni and thats the weekend.... =)

My pockets was heavy... heavy because of the coins... they dont use 1 pound notes and its all coins.... and worst part dey dun round up like from 77p--->75p or wat... so there lots of pences in my pockets... and so i took the whole bunch up and look for sum coins which i nv see b4... i mean the design... and surprisingly... i came to this 1.... 50 pence... it marks the 100th years of scouting.... "Be Prepared" and the world scout logo... cool rite!!

the wind here is really geng cao.... feel like simply take a paper and branches and make a kite and juz throw it out... no running incured as the wind blows till it out of sight... lol.... it felt like i could be blown away and the sound of it screeching pass my ear is just so.... then the forest always shakes thanks to the wind and some how it sounded like sea waves... omg.... like shams said, "JunHau, can u be my wau" .... lol...

Happy Birthday to Han and Rachel.... han... happy 21 and good luck with your 21 shots of Asda vodka... lol... had a small party in leonard horner huge lounge... cooking was led by maisarah... and i dare say its super good... and super full now!!! even after 2 hrs.... helped cooked in joway's kitchen with the marsh potatoes(again) and spagetti.... mai grilled 4 chicken and made meatballs and cakes... omg... the dinner really too much for 11 of us.... cant move after it and lied in the lounge like an hr to chill down.... worst part was got challenged to eat the whole breast meat one shot.... omg.... cant even chew le!!! awkful.... tired jaw after it....

days pass by very fast and examinations is nearing.... the timetable is officially out today.... =.= must work hard d then..... will be going my bro's place tomorrow.... gonna enjoy there and long time nv see him d... lol... got something needa ask him... wats wif all the "CEO" things man.... aihhh...

Cant believe that i actually played MahJong here in Edinburgh... lol... followed my frens went to few chinese classmate's home... where she invited us for dinner and mahjong and WII as well... lol.... her cooking was quite good... she said what she cooked was curry but seriously... not those red or yellow colour 1.... it totally doesnt look like curry at all but quite spicy i must say coz of the chilis she put... then marsh potatoes and so on.... not bad... good dinner i dare say... beside trying out china chinese food.... played Wii as well... woohoo... 1st time playing it weh... but well... must admit i kinda suck at it... but i quite good in the badminton... lol... at last can play badminton but virtual ones.... sob sob.... outplayed the hard mode man... lol....

then the main thing was MahJong.... i was busy playing my wii at the 1st place while others busy with the mahjong.... believe or not... the mahjong was started around 8 and ends around 1.... gg.... joined in for the last 2 hrs i think.... and guess what... bad luck throughout and didnt win at all for the whole night until the last 2 games.... T_T bad hand weh!!! all oso rubbish tiles... no hint on how am i gonna play at all... aihhh....zzzz took the night bus back then... which was really expensive... 2.50 per trip u noe.... sob sob....

hows life these 2 days... good good... cooked a good dinner yesterday... wanted to do oyster chicken... then chopped potatoes in and aiks... the potatoes hard to become soft le!!! in the end keep adding water and oyster sauce... came out quite nice although abit salty.. =.=

bro is back in edinburgh..... didnt go airport to welcome him... lol... oh well... his flight reached at 1030pm... so wat u expect me to do?? not much bus oso then... mayb will pay him a visit on the weekends gua.... he so smart go get the place which is so far from here... aihhh... bus trips again!!!! damn....

i want to play badminton and yes!!! previosly i wrote my name down on the list for the badminton mini league and dey emailed me about it... i am in the lowest division... haha.... so... theres chance for me to play badminton at last!!! so happy... hehe.... real badminton... not Wii badminton!!! must arrange with my opponents fast...!!

yesterday(saturday) was the Nottingham game... which obviosly was held in Nottingham... its an annual all malaysian game in UK... however... i din bother to go coz it will cost me around 25 pound juz for a midnight bus there... den spend the day and leave in the evening yet again... meaning its sorta like 1 day 2 night in bus trip? lol... better still if i just go down london and stay for few nites and meet ppl?? but well... quite alot of ppl went i think... karwye and jinn both went... and some others as well... aihh... nvm la.... theres always chances to see each other.... lol....

so what did i do if i din go down for notts?? well... we went to IKEA.... i was told on the night before to meet at the busstop at 10 and yet.... when i at the busstop and called chit... it appeared that i woke him up... omg.... so le.... we only left around 11.... bus ride as usual... 45 mins to the town(princes street).... and met up with wilbur and hop on to another bus to IKEA... which similarly took around another 40 mins... omg.... 1 and half hr in bus... thats killing!!! hate bus now... had our lunch there.... swedish meat balls.... the thing was they serves the balls with jam... lol... quite weird but nice combination.... then walked the whole ikea... i just bought a 19p cloth and thats all... mel got herself lots of stuff... as well as phin... next time if really want buy things... must drive la come on.... rent a car... coz the bus trip back wasnt that pleasant as well... aihh.... went back to uni... which means another 1.5 hr.... then weihan grab his fridge... others dump their things and we are on the bus yet again... 45 mins to town... and damn its too late for weihan to go argos to return his fridge and get a bigger 1.... aihhhh.... and i missed the opening hours of phone4u as well... sob... wanted to ask what do i need to give when getting a contract... sob... had make up my mind... get the omnia!!! even its 35 for 18 months... still ok la... calculated with the market price of the phone and its will cost around 13 for the line after that for each months... well... i using around that amount for each month on my prepaid as well... so the deal is still acceptable la...!

went sainsbury den and got myself some usual stuff... this time got mince meat... which most prob i gonna put dem in eggs and steam... syok.... after that dinner... but mcd is so full and no place to sit... the bus stop is crowded as well... aihhh... headache... waited for the bus for like 20 mins and yet again... BUS!!! went union for dinner in the end and had the whole bbq chicken pizza... =)

woke up this morning to find out that my throat is abit dry and yit hei again... aihhh.. went to boil barli.... to cool myself down abit... dinner was spagetti which no doubt is nice..!! lol... nothing much for the day except i finished Heroes season 1.... okok la... not really very good or bad.... coz it gets quite irritating watching stupid hiro and his childishness and oni silar who really powerful....

had been having this thought today.... I hadnt been myself for the past few weeks.... wheres my badminton and football!!! i want play some sports le!!! BUT...!! my leg still hurts... wth!

anyway... life here is as usual... days arent that cold compared to last week... cooked yat wok sok again... just that this time with drumstick... had had a very hard time deboning the chicken! no skill ma... in the end... both my drumstick... still full with freshs when i threw them... haha... no idea how to get them off la.... use my knife scrap oso cant come out... just saw online that best to use scissors?? oh well... seems like i have to get myself a pair of kitchen scissors then....

my foot hurt for no reason again... i seriously have no idea what happened... but it just like cramped and when i walk... my right foot felt like tearing off the muscle each steps.... seriously hurt... hope it get well soon...

its friday night and nothing much happened to me as usual.... watch a movie oni.... 内衣少女... okok la the movie... not really nice tho... but what i did was... turned my light off and watch... wahh... not bad weh.... cinema feel...! lol...

Installed Red Alert 3... and i must agree with my fren that its abit cartoonish?? compare to RA2 this is really a level lower... except that now got a new country which is the empire of rising sun aka japan... lol... the starting movie was kinda interesting.... einstein was killed... haha.... then no nuclear weapons.. which means RA3 will not have nuclear... NOOOO..!!!

tonite was the Guy Fawkes Night... which means bonfire night.... its also considered as fireworks night here... but well.... missed it... cause i din noe anything about it until karwye just told me not long ago... he burnt fireworks le... damn syok weh him... hhaha... well... when i was walking in town just now... i was wondering... what all those bom bom bom.... fireworks... thats it... but i just tot there was some idiots simply burn oni... lol... well... Celtic vs Manchester United was more important anyway... went Wilbur's place to watch it.... well... not through tv tho... through "Ah Hem" way... lol... his house was quite old.. and quite unpleasant i should say... oo well... old buildings ma... but the soup he made was jeng! and thanks to his internet connection... which is way faster than this stupid uni connection.... we watched the game happily... lol... though Man Utd didnt won... but at least they drew and still top the table... =)

the day was good... went down town for lunch at Chop Chop... some chinese shop... 5.50 for the lunch set which consist of dumplings, mee, chicken wings and shreded potatoes... not bad la... but the mee was kinda small... took lunch with few of my bro's fren... they were marcus, louis and san.... and few others la of coz... the thing was... i din noe that my bro coming back next tue until they told me... omg... what brother i am?? lol.... sadnya...

went down town to meet up with chit weihan and wilbur then.... went to ChocolateSoup... a shop which sells lots of chocolates dessert.... got myself hot chocolate float.... no... its not float as in icecream... but as in marshmallows.... wehhh!! damn nice!!! after that went argos where weihan bought his mini fridge and off we went to wilbur's place.... so that was basically the place.... great to watch football again!!

Fire!!!

today is tuesday and at 730 in the morning... nyiinnnnnn nguuuuuu nyiiiii nguuuu...... the fire alarm rang.... omg... so darn loud.... 1st thought was... grab my jeans which was hanging on the toilet door... and grab my jacket..... and keys and fon.... every1 was cursing all the way out... and i guessed it.. its the fire drill... aihhh.... stood outside in the cold for like... 20 mins?? haha.... every1 seems so messy... some even came down in shorts and no jackets... some barefoot... and best of all... some in bath robe.... under the robe... some wore pyjamas... some... haha... u guess ur self?? lol... some ppl choose to slp naked de ma?? lol.... anyway... after 20 mins freeze.... went back and snoozed off again....

then on yesterday.... my 1st online parcel came.... calculator.... and then there was this slip which ask me to go to george burnett to collect my parcel.... so went off to GB in the morning and... the housekeeper wasnt in... aihhh... bad luck... so went cls and after lunch... walked back again and aihhh.... not in again!!!! darn..... however... checked my mail and parcel from HK had arrived... wooo.... so i oni got my parcel from the housekeeper during the last break... which means i had been walking from my place to uni for like... 3 times?? aihhh... so chilling somemore the weather... not to mention i walked to sport hall at night again!!! so whole day walked like 4 times thru and back?....

dinner was perfect... it came out in my mind since errr.... laz week that i wanted to cook sweet and sour pork aka gou lou yok.... and guessed what... i succeed in producing a top class dish... haha... so coincidencely... the servery served this dish as well today... but theirs are no where compared to mine... lol... chop the green pepper... onions.... tomatos... and marinate the pork and corn flour and.... fried and cao cao cao and put in tomato sauce and sum water... thats all... nice!!
there was this close call in the kitchen today... my kitchenmate wanted to use the oven to cook her pizza... and guess what.... she saw a flash and the back of the oven was on fire... omfg.... i was there and i saw it... something was burning behind the oven and the fan behind was lid as well... but luckily its just small fire and put out itself after the switch was turned off... but really scary... i was totally stunned.... i nv use the oven b4 le... dunno how it operate oso... so in the end... i think the heating part of the oven was burned and theres no heat anymore... how sad.... aihhh.... but ooo well... i dun use that oso... just use the hot plate oni!!! haha.... i not lazy ppl who use oven... lol... =)

alright... so these are what i purchased online....

FX-85ES which is required for the examinations... our super geng calc cant be used in exam... aihh.. and this calc is just.... so lao yah and so slow... after hitting in long eqn it seems to hang abit.... omg... and its not just mine which have the prob... my fren's 1 as well... then there this psp usb cable and usb game controller... look like a ps controller rite?? haha... tried it just now with FIFA 09 and abit dissapointing that... i cant really set the keys properly... cant assign some keys to tackles and through pass... wtf man.... then last but not least.... the "Sony" 8GB memory stick pro duo.... nothing much to say about it.... its free anyway.... lol....

p/s : i am watching HEROES now... season 1 only and the 1st epi wasnt that nice but then after few epi... its really make u wanna fast fast go watch cause theres suspense everywhere... haha.... great 1... smart producer...

on saturday i went for the chaplaincy trip to St. Andrews... sound familiar to you? its actually a very famous place for golfers... all golfers wish to play there at least once in the life and the booking is super long.... lol... but well... i not into golf so nothing really special to me?? nah... at least i can tell every1 that i been to st andrews and saw the golf course k! overall... its a good trip but the last Pitlochry trip was definitely nicer and better as the autumn forest was a bomb.... the ocean? its always the same but this trip has more ppl... =)

alright... after the trip.... few of us went for dinner and then to weihan's room.... to celebrate chit's happy 18 again... opened 2 bottles of red wine... and few of us downed it the night.... 1 was not bad but another 1 kinda suck.. lol... anyway... sorry weihan for messing up ur room and leaving some patches of spills on everywhere... lol...

sunday... i had decided to... boil my 1st soup here... and what did i boil? it was the best and easiest ABC soup.... potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatos, and drumsticks.... boiled since 4.30pm and took it around 8... was very nice... just that its not enough for err... 5 of us?? too little water... aihhh.... i need a bigger pot!!! lol... great dinner!

so basically we went to Kampung Ah Lee... which is a malaysian restaurant... great food there.... ate char kuew teow weh!!! mai kai wan siao.... lol... then still got lots of other foods.... not bad not bad... really sik bao bao.... if u want bubble tea... there got sell oso... lol...

btw... today was Halloween.... nah... i didnt go any of the party... sad rite?? but well... not a party boy...!!! lol... but fun seeing ppl dressed up on the street... most oso go powder their face white white den lipstick to make blood mark on the face... lol... but i admire them for wearing so short in the freezing cold night... lol... there was this guy we saw at the bus stop... "why so serious?" really 90% same like Joker i must say... well dressed!!! haha... too bad din went up to ask for picture... lol....

tried fried pasta the day before and i must say... success... great dinner yesterday.... 1st garlic as usual den lettuce and carrots and chicken.... jeng le!!! then the pasta and ham... then seasoning put soy sauce oyster sauce... wahh... superb wehh!! then some salt and pepper... GG... well... i must say i had really start to cook??!! haha... well... cooking is the time when i am not stucked in my little room.... lol...

yesterday the gang of malaysian tried Bak Kut Teh at edmund's kitchen... since there were left over pork ribs... so how was it... its not bad afterall... long long time didnt smell the nice smell d le....!! wat else for the dishes?? ordered the chinese delivery which took forever to come with the guy keep sorry sorry... gek sei man.... then i fried the egg and veges... kinda hate his non non-sticky wok... gek sei..!! well... we need so much food as there were 8 of us le! as usual late late dinner again around 9++... after dinner went to his lounge and played with cards until 2 in the morning.... played bridge(thats how they spell it... now oni i noe)... lol... the weather i think have around 0 le... really freezing... my jeans can no longer tahan i think....

went down princes street today to get a winter wear... for this saturday's trip as well as future.... lol... walked the whole street and aihh.. i must say i really suck in shopping... dunno wat to choose oso... in the end got myself a 40pounds 1 from H&M... ok la... kinda thick i must say.... abit heavy though... but still better then my fren... who got himself a leather jacket.. and guess what... its 120 pounds... omg... i seriously wont dare pay so much man... dunno whos that rich fella le!!! lol... kinda sorry for chit and wei han for walking with us the few hours doing nothing... and sorry to chit for missing the starbuck trip... well... theres always next time... in the end... tot that sainsbury close at 7 and rushed ourselves... so i forgot to get myself the gloves! damn....

went sainsbury then... as usual groceries... good thing was this time i brought my backpack so i can dump things in so that its lighter for the hand carries... lol... met tini and gang again... omg... last week at asda and this week sainsbury... dey sure buy alot le... and by that i mean really alot i saw the trolley... haha... wonder how they carry le.... dinner went to mcd... well... wat to say... my 1st Mcdonald in edinburgh.... the menu was kinda short compared to msia's... sob... and i dont think i saw pork burger?? beside the bacon... =.=

all the way back then and the worst thing was that i accidentally drop my eggs on the floor quite hard...!! deng lo... some cracked and 1 pecah when i tried to take it out... cost the crack weaken it!! argh!!! wasted like 4-5 eggs?? T_T

since my memory stick for my psp is spoilt... result of getting a non genuine 1.... aihhhh.... i in need of a new 1 now... tried searching online in ebay and wahh so happy found 8gb for less than 20... looked properly and some said its fake... omg... enuf of fake memory stick for me man!!! den went amazon and the original 1 seems around 30++ for sony's.... aihhh... dunno whether to get it or not!!! spent quite alot d le today....

however... i did spent something online just now.... went dealextreme and ordered a ps lookalike joystick... and a psp usb cable... for around 7++ pound... ok la... at least its less than 10 and make me feel better!!! unlike the 30++ memory stick!!! damn! to get it or not to get? online trustable?

Linear Algebra mid term was ok... survived like what Fiona said... booked for this saturday trip to St Andrews.... should be not bad... but the bad thing was that the weather is getting colder and colder... its forecasted that it could reach 0 degree at night... well... i must hide in my room and hibernate d!!! hope got snow?? besides the sky is getting dark earlier... thanks to the end of the day light savings.... it got dark at 5 le... u can imagine how serious it affect me... sky dark means eating time... aih... anyway... tomorrow is Probs and Stats midterm... hopefully Stan wont come out with stupid question... hopefully straight forward type... =)

just now dinner was fried rice... thinking of doing bak kut teh tomorrow as we still have pai guat in edmund's place and seriously every1 here have at least 1 packet of the A1 bak kut teh... lol... hopefully we will do that tomorrow....

damn freak up!!! i typed a considered quite long post and after i upload this pic its all gone... wth.... wasted my time.... and i dun think i wanna rewrite out whole thing.... so the summary was midterm exam coming up on monday and tuesday and i must work hard... then saturday was a very bad day... rained whole day... then manutd drew their game... =.= then my family have this sudden apple craze... they now own a Touch, Classic and Nano.... does dat means i forced to get an iphone?? mayb not...!! then did my laundry today after 3 weeks at last... then cooked oyster chicken which is super jeng!!! and i think thats all and i not gonna retype!!! the movie up there was my sudden craze over doraemon... googled and dled and yet no subtitle... gg...

how am I these 2 days... great... but i had really had enough of the wind here d.... 1st time see these wind sure very happy... these weather here cause malaysia cant find... but soon later.... i am so bored with it and its really irritating man... making me coughing every night.... aihhh... really have to fight the wind everyday to come back to my hall.... ed said its gonna get worse in winter so... GG lor.... but believe or not... i am still in my windbreaker only... u know la... the cartoon 1... lol.... not yet winter wear...

so yesterday's dinner forgot to defrost and so i decided to chop the unions... take the chopped bacon and shrimps(they labelled it prawn but its really super small) out.... and fried with egg... not bad not bad for my self 1st try... haha... so dinner was egg with rice.. quite filling as the egg quite alot....
night time got pulled by ppl to play warcraft pulak... well its had been really awhile since i last played warcraft... and i dont feel like studying so instead of simply surf net... i decided to join in and kena ta pau in dota... aihhh... then played fight of characters... where there are lots of anime char for u to choose... i chose itachi.... not bad but then i din noe muz buy the person's item... bought wrong and wasted so much... aihh... no wonder i lose out and dey all so imba.... >.<

class today started out at 11.15.... then went to this Prob and Stats midterm revision cls and did the past year question... luckily i can do it! =) well... i know i learnt them b4... but u must understand that my sissy lecturer had been really messing things up... and confusing me and making me thinks that i dunno how to do them... lol...

yet again forgot to defrost but luckily class end at 4.15 so went back to take out the pork out.... had enough of the microwave defrosting function now... it actually cooked my meat u noe... hate it!!! my meat turn out half cook half raw after defrost... aihh... marinated them and took to fried.... become Ju Pa... Pork chop... lol.... then fried the veges as well.. proud of myself cause i took the initiative to eat veges... nan de nan de...!!! haha... btw another irritating thing was my fridge... i put my rice inside and took it out today to find that it frozen?? the water drips had turned ice man!!! is it really that cold??cao coi ar!!! how to - oil then put the veges in and then put kicap and oyster sauce...!!! lol... dont forget garlic as well... haha... put too much oyster sauce d... ended up salty... lol.... well... my own 1st try k!! and the pork chop in the background!

and all add up to be a perfect dinner!!!

went for serious groceries yesterday with wee phin and edmund.... 1st stop was lunch at "The Great Wall".... ate Dim Sum... both the porridge wasnt that bad.... made me quite full but after few hour suffer... haha... it just make you full at the time oni... den got chee chung fun as well... nice nice... and the lo pak gou and siew mai and pai guat... the let down was the gao zi... yucks.... 9 pound each person... ok la... sumtimes must treat ourselves.... =)

after that walk around Princes Street(Main Street) and went in ZARA... dey try this jacket that jacket... lol... i stood there look around only... still not a shopping guy yet ehh!! after that to chinese shop at Leith Walk.... bought oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce... waliao ehh... 3 big glass bottle... den still got some other stuff... they actually sell milo there you know... haha... then wanted to buy the big big chopping knife... but think of it... i not eager to chop anything oso... my as well get my bro bring here... lol...

went to a bigger chinese shop then and bought this 5kg thailand jasmine rice... waliao... put in my bag and walked few hours.... sorry bag.... hope you dont dissapoint me and spoil... lol... wee phin bought the whole pork rib... waliao ehh....

next stop is asda where melanie met up with us.... again quite lots of stuff.... bought more meat this time... must have confidence in the kitchen ehh... but the prob is what you know... when i back in my kitchen unpacking... open up the freezer... waliao eh.... sai mm sai gam ar.... no space for me to put le... simply squeeze in the end and end up here 1 there 1.... lol.... bought veges as well!!! haha.... lettuce.... plan to just hou yao cao choi! lol.... onions as well... a whole packet... >.<

dinner at edmund's place.... wee phin tried his luck on his jiu pai choi... which is grill pork rib... lol... the sauce was good but the meat came out to be abit hard... well... its ur first try here wat... lol... then the usual few dishes... not bad not bad.... then dat should be all for the nothing to do wednesday...

today is thursday and its the day for my a level award ceremony... called back and they told me i got 100 pound... wow... lol... anyway... pound had dropped quite alot now.... few years back we use 7 to compare... now 6 oso abit too much d... lol... den mum say sum 1 from chs greeted her... wonder who.... lol... oso award receipient... lol.... den xinyan chatted with my mum as well??? dunno la... thats all in msia and i am in scotland... wearing skirt... jkjk

advice to overseas student.... try to get ur accomodation as near as a supermarket... or else u will really suffer.... 1st thing is u had to carry heavy stuff with those stupid plastic bags nailing into your fingers... and then 2nd thing is that u had to wait for the bus which sumtimes really unfrequent or unpunctual.... aihhh.... if its winter den really gg.... lol.....

Pitlochry Trip...

On the weekend, i joined the chaplaincy trip to Pitlochry... started off with catching the bus in strong wind at 8.30am... dats early... up the bus and rest and soon we reach our 1st stop which is i also have no idea where it is... its a "morning walk"... went down and walked for around 1 hr and just like that... this is the place... greens and hills....

and not to forget the water... good feng shui...
errr... its sum farmer's truck....
simply climbed some rock and cheers!!
look at the wind... hair flying and head spinning...
introduce the sheeps...
which pooped everywhere and we had a tough time avoiding bombs to reach to this dunno what rock....seems like some old stone house which were blown up... lol
4 of us at another small town... beautiful modern wooden house...
went in to a Crannog... a traditional house... since 2500 years ago dey say... this guy was trying to start fire the old way in a firelighter's era...
as it was raining... great for us to see this rainbow... and the mushroom behind is the "crannog"....
next up Dunkeld... this is in the cathedral compound... weird shaped trees...

you will wonder what record am i breaking? well... i trying to break the time for me to go do my laundry.... the record was 2 weeks and now its 2 weeks d... and i still dun feel like doing it just quite yet... wanna hang on for another week i think... since most of the things i wear are worn for at least 2 days.... my jeans are for whole week.... shirts 2-3 days like that... then under... haha... you wont wanna know... even my socks are 2-3 days... thats explain why my foot stinks... lol.... but well... you wont sweat much here also... some ppl have their jeans for a month 1 le.... so the main problem i am facing now is the lacking of my unders... cham lo!!!! i think i will juz go wash it myself and hang overnight... works right??? lol... another solution... just go buy more!!! lol.....

at last got squash rackets available... but broken string... wth.... played for the night and okok la... muscleache currently.... then dinner at edmund's kitchen yet again.... started cooking around 930pm so what time u expect we ate le?? lol.... not bad not bad... made like 4 dishes for 4 ppl.... lol.... feel like home oni... thats the way le... eat together not just cook for 1 person.... haha...

had my first exam in Heriot-Watt... its multivariable calculus midterm.... and i must say the question are really 80% same to the tutorial questions... haha... so i think should be no problem for those who studied gua... well... i know all the malaysian did study... lol...

went for a pre-departure talk after class today... i am joining this saturday and sunday's weekend trip to Pitlochry.. organized by the chaplaincy... well... its ok to go for all these things right.. just dun go for their service jeh... lol... most important is have fun... phin melanie and edmund will be going together... others all say 50 too expensive... sob... but well.. i paid d so cant say anything d rite? its definitely gonna be a damn good one... haha... its more on scenary actually... walking on the highlands... seeing the Autumn.... lol... but the worst part was we will be staying in hostel... and the curfew or i mean the door close at 1130... sob... so muz come back early!!!

at 1st wanted to fry my rice today and eat with the sambal but edmund called and in the end i had dinner in the Union... pizzas... the americano pizza is really awkful... guys... do not ever order that again....!!! well.. i think the fried rice should be tomorrow's dinner gua... btw... taught my french neighbour how to use my rice cooker... but i think dey dun quite get me and in the end did not cook the rice... too bad for them... i no rice sure cannot... lol... he's so syok cause his friend from george burnett always come over and eat together... aihhh... poor and lonely me... his dinner time is damn weird! start cooking around 930... lol...

paiseh had been lazy to log in and post sumthing... so here is a 3 in 1... became kuli on monday... 1st carrying the pot of curry chicken to the chaplaincy from leonard horner... then only to find out that the curry is spoilt and had to be thrown away.... sigh... wasted the whole big pot... but it was fun washing the huge pot in a huge sink... lol... its so hard to turn it coz no space at all... juz ngam ngam hou fit in only.. fun and wet.... lol.. then went robin smith took ayam masak madu.... and errr... still got other stuff...

the food was great that day... if u dunno.. its the MASSUE hari raya openhouse... the sambal was really hot yet nice to eat.. loves the shrimps inside... like hae bi!! beef rendang not bad also.. overall its tasty!!! the only thing went wrong was the ASDA paper plates... the oil went thru the plates and dirties all the table... hard to wash... thats y... nv ever trust asda things... lol...

nothing much on tuesday except my dinner rox... had rice with steamed eggs with sausages inside it... then Brahim's sambal on the egg and rice... wah... jeng... still got sum rice and sambal leftover in the fridge now... cant wait to fry the rice and eat with the sambal... typical malaysian style...

wednesday was a dissapointing day.. phin booked squash court and then there were no racket left for rent again... wth... where are the rackets? i dont see any people using also.... gek hei... went conditioning room den and at last got ourselves only 1 racket.... so the court only accomodated 1 person 1 racket and 1 ball... sigh...

boiled barli as well... BARLI!!! i successfully boiled u for the first time....!!! haha... too bad my pot was small and cant boil much... took only 3 or 4 small bowls and others were shared to my few friends who came over for the jeng jeng barli... dinner went edmund's place... with wee phin and melanie... this is the 1st time i eating such nice food and gave me a homely feeling... the only thing lacked was soup... he cooked us lemon chicken, fu yong dan and fried veges.... nice... 3 dishes and add up the lap cheong... super jeng dinner.... =) thank you edmund.... i will most likely go ur place for more dinner then...

A Walk In the Park...

2day every1 is busy with preparing food for tomolo's openhouse... but i seem like nothing to do and juz so free... wat i need to do is juz actually contribute my rice cooker??? brought it to weihan's room where i saw dem play tower defence... oo... dats reminded me of the old days... haha... warcrafting... i dun really play dota laz time but tower defense i think.... lol.... they were boiling the eggs as well... haha... dey din boil the eggs from cold... took the short cut which is straight boil water in kettle and pour water in and the result was... Cracked Eggs... lol.... almost 80% were cracked... haha...

after dat on my way back to my hall... when i walked thru the Lawn... its a garden... sum call it the sunken garden... dunno y its called dat anyway... so since i haven visit around the campus... so i decided to walk around the forest... yes... a small forest... with a stone path... lol... and yes... i walked all alone... nobody will gonna pui me back anyway... lol... so dats me in the middle of the small forest.....

suddenly came to the cemetary... omg..... so many stones there...

dinner i went down town wif edmund... a 4th year... went to this shop called Chicken Cottage i think.... its like KFC in malaysia.... wif halal fast food fried chicken... the kfc here not halal 1 ok!!! interesting rite? i came here oni noe theres halal chicken and non halal chicken... omg... apparently halal means got sembahyang b4 killing and kills gentlely.... met up with sum graduates there.. 2 was from my bro's year i think.... Kennard who working in Standard Life now... Serena in Prudential i think... and Kenny in RBS... lol... i bet my bro noes dem??!!

so dat was more or less the day... haven open my icecream yet... dun dare... 2 pound u noe... rm 14 ringgit... or i sud say 12 not since pound had fallen??? haha

the hari raya openhouse is on monday evening... so tomolo we gonna cook and today we went to get the stuff and ingredients.... went to Asda to meet up with the 3rd years around 2pm... and folo dem around and juz become their kuli for carrying the stuff back to campus.... then went to union for a burger break... watched scotland vs norway... how could scotland so cah sui... missed so many chances... stupid players... lol... the atmosphere was quite fun... coz dis is scotland ma.... home team playing le... can see the scottish supporters.. some after a cup of beer... start to shout and swear whenever they miss chances... and stand up and shout the f word... lol...

after burger went sainsbury to buy grocers... got myself a ladle(scoop for soup)... which cost 3 pound... quite expensive ehh.... =.= but made of steel so ok la.. not those plastic at least.... lol... planning to make barley either tomolo or wednesday... wanted to find bing tong but dun have... aihh.... den wanted to get pork for boiling bak kut teh or sum other soup... but after seeing the meat... i blur blur d... dunno wat to get... abit sked.. haha... so le in the end din get it and oni got myself chicken breast fillet again... lol... i think i will be making my yat wok sok quite often... haha....

dinner was at rachel's kitchen.... her uncle stays here and goes fishing... gave her few fish... and omg... i muz say its quite big and she nv took out in the morning to defrost... lol... took us quite sum times to defrost and chop it.... haha... Han was the master.... i think he's the best chef in our year gua i think... with me standing behind and cheers oni... hehe... we cut the fish out as fillet and fried it... abit like salmon those texture lidat... den put lots of nando's sauce... jeng... haha.... the grilled chicken from sainsbury wasnt dat bad as well... lol... overall... nice food great dinner... haha....

when i was at asda today... saw Ben & Jerry's for oni 2 pound... ori price was 3.75 i think... for those who donno wats dat(juz like dumb dumb karwye)... its an icecream brand... juz like baskin robbin or hagen dazz... wow.... but too bad din get it when i was there and was abit regret... thank god dat mel and rachel went asda after the dinner... asked her to buy for me.... cookie dough... veli nice 1 u noe not... haha.... but i haven try it out yet... hehe... but the worse part was to walk from robinsmith to lilithgrow at 12am.... yet again... aihhh... alone in the dark everytime and the weather here is getting abit chilly.... or i think its cause i am not feeling good d.... starting to get sore throat or rather a very dry throat.... after walking in the cold my throat feel irritated when i breathe.... gg... den wat else... cough cough cough lo... hope to get well soon......

then today class.... went lab to try out R program... sum sort of statistic program... act like calculator oni... lol... other then dat... went for meeting in chaplaincy for MASSUE hari raya open house.... keng on the food and in the end i am not in any food preparation again?? haha... always let ppl miss out 1... lol.. but will still help out la... fun ma... gonna become kuli tomolo to go buy those food.... >.<

went for squash den.... joway went and i muz say she is better den melanie... at least she will run and can hit the ball... played in court 1 today... nice and fun experience.... coz dats the court where its so pro till the wall is made of glass and got spectators seatings..... lol.... as its glass... the sound is so different and loud.... funny part was when the ball got hit up and stuck on top coz its a net on top of the glass after the outline and we had to use another ball and hit the net so the ball will drop out... lol... great experience... haha.... step in oni oso feel pro liao... lol...

there was this booth selling newspapers with free gifts yet again.... 30p for the thing below.... a cadbury bar and newspaper... syok le.... nez week is redbull... dun think i need dat.... lol.... beside that went to book a hoodie.... HW hoodie wif uni logo and name at the back... lol.. but cost 20 pound le... not a cheap thing... chose the navy blue 1... initially wanted orange but its skul of life science... if change to skul of maths or duwan the skul thing... need 5 pound extra charges.... GG.... btw... the news paper i oso haven read... got it juz for the choco... lol....
after class today went to archery in Sport Centre.... its free trial session... and ok la... not bad.... the nice senior wif nickname "frod" gave us sum lessons and every1 seem ok wif the shooting part... lol... its quite easy la actually.... 1st release... got the paper...(the board is not those bullseye but juz a board wif a paper on it as target...) lol... 2nd shot... again... cool!!! 3rd shot missed pulak... sad... den got back the arrows and 2nd round... all 3 release was not good and the string hit me hard on the arms!! red like apple..... sad... thereafter... all the shots are okok la... above average?? haha..... see how la... dun think i will join it as it cost 15 pounds u noe....

din use the kitchen at all today except throwing away my eggs shells this morning.... lunch in servery and dinner in union after the archery... ate a whole pizza... not bad not bad ar... bbq chicken... nice...!!! =) and really full... lol... after dat went to weephin's room and was there the whole nite wif chit and weihan until 1.15am wif han came in occasionally... played cor dai dee and keng gai and blast music on phin's acer... lol... made too much noise and the housekeeper came up and warn us... so syok.... haha... we werent dat loud comparing to those drunkass in the lounge opposite ok!!! lol....

beside dat... coz i have a 3 hr break.. came back room and watch sum series.... the new tvb series... and to finish the milk as oledi expired yesterday... took all wif cereals.... den my mashed potatoes wif lots of salt... and not even 5 my stomach oledi hungry... =.= best of all was my stomach keep growling and keep wanna fart.... muz be the potatoes!!! DAMNIT.. and i stil have half a lunch box of it.. gg lo...

morning woke up around 10... got up dat early as i wanted to do my laundry!!! haha... as well as my potatoes.... so... 1st thing after breakfast was to bring my laundry back down to laundrette and dump all into the washing machine.... 2 pound and wash wash wash... it takes 30 mins so wat did i do? i went back up to my kitchen to peel my potatoes skin.... there were 10 potatoes and i peeled 8 of dem... den chop into cubes and boil in water... den got down to move the wet shirts to dryer and ran back up to jaga api.... then mash mash mash the potatoes... sob... too much d... cant finish and now i am oledi sick of it... cham lor.... haha...

Dah dah dah dang!!! my mashed potatoes... no sauce i noe... sad.... so plain...

after lunch went to my bro's house(not really house... juz a rent apartment...) meichen aka his housemate invited me over for dinner... so i left Riccarton at around 230 and reached Hanover street only to wait for 30 mins for the bus 29 to reach... gg.... take so long... 20 mins late i think... =.= so the whole thing took me 1.5 hr to reach there... den go slack at the living room and keng gai wif her and weiji(meichen's fren who staying there for the time being).... den start the cooking.... (not me).... i was juz there to watch oni... wei ji was too master d... chop the pai guat for soup.... den sum gai bei and the best of all.. gou lou yok.... haha... it took more den 2 hr to cook... lol.. which means dat i cant get back in time to join badminton club... >.< but the dinner was really good.... wif ryan and doreen joined in... dey both are staying there as well.. sob... my bro's room kena take over d.... sad.... dat doreen was a sunway student o... but not our year doreen!!! haha....

after dat journey back was better which took around 1 hr... not bad la... but quite boring... in the bus... 80% of the ppl were in their headfon... lol... make me oso want to get a mp3 player d now.... paiseh la... i noe i have fon but i forgot bout cable... lazy send songs 1 by 1... lol... thats y le... i wanted to get the omnia asap... haha... to be my all in 1 gadget.... esp important in bus trip... lol... listen music ar... play games ar... and best of all... spam the sms ar... as if i get contracted... i suppose to be paying 30 per month and get 500mins and 400 sms i think.... i definitely cant finish those lo... so ppl here sure like to spam... haha.... paid d wat afterall.. dun waste...

EMSA's Hari Raya...

went to EMSA (Edinburgh Malaysian Student Association)'s Hari Raya Open House today.... its was held at Adam House... sounded like sum1's house right? but its not... its part of the University of Edinburgh... a hall or wat i dunno but not hall of residence oso.... =.= blur gao gao.... haha.... funny thing was... i kinda noe where is dis place so i led the road.... den walk walk walk... chit said, "i tot nic said turn right quite fast".... as we walked on northbridge for quite long d.... so called up nic and guide us thru fon saying we overshoot... walked back.... and then din see him... and called again and wth.... at laz found him and the thing was... i was juz 10m away from the junction before we turned back.... sob... i told u i got it all inside my mind's map.... lol....

nice food there and it seems like the freshies for University of Edinburgh was quite alot of ppl.... medicine so lots of gals as well... haha... but paiseh and sat bai din even noe any of dem... lol.... the sambal and ayam masak merah was really.... ewwww.... so darn hot.... 80% of the ppl were tearing i think.... not tearing oso lao pei sui d... haha... saw this cute ang mo.... he took the sambal and chicken... and was crying all the way... haha... eat until... walk aside to wipe his tears and den best of all... sit down and finish it.... dats the way man....!!

todays weather isnt good at all... morning got woke up by stupid wind sound again.... blew blew blew...... whole window shaking summore... gg... so got myself a undershirt.... and i feel so nice... haha.... feel so GOOD..... lol... after the raya thing we went for a walk on Princes Street and hide inside starbuck from rain... den games shop... wuuu... FIFA 09 is out!!! lol.... after day dinner was at Kah Hee's place (a 3rd year).... ordered domino deliveries and the pizza was great... wanted to go to ASDA den... to shop for groceries.... its juz 10 mins walk away but then sum1 said wanna take bus and we walked to the bus stop for like 5 mins away.... and best of all...waited 20 mins for the bus to shoot pass us... as every1 were busy wif dem self... wtf.... mel... i tot i asked u to keep an eye!!! darn u....

walked to asda then and got myself sum food and stuffs.. the same thing... 15 pound this time... GG... spending lots la... then back to uni and back to room!!!

its friday and lets see wat happened... breakfast was 2 hardboiled eggs... eat till sien... haha... coz eat plain u noe... no kicap nothing at all... but i prefer to eat lidat... lol... cls was normal wif our Angus Beefburger.... jkjk its Angus Mcdonald keep having error here and there... then boring tutorials... sob... i still haven do tutorials yet... slacking behind... >.< spoke wif dis german guy and i actually quite like his english... its good and nice.... and hes quite leng zhai oso la... haha... wats best is... he love cycling and he said he cycled outskirt to the small towns... dats really sumthing cool kay!!!

direct translate into 一锅熟 (read it in cantonese easier to understand)... lol... basically... it means everything in 1.... meaning all the cooking done in the rice cooker.... dat is wat i had for dinner today... yes...!! i had finally able to defrost my chicken.... took it out of freezer and put in fridge since 11 i think... =) tho theres still ice when i took it out from fridge but at least the meats are seperatable.... so that i could put into the microwave defrost and thanks god that i din put all 5 in.... sum part of the meat actually cooked even tho i set it in defrost mode... phew.... and so.... my dinner for the nite is perfect... juz dat... i got the wrong kicap again... wat i wanted was kicap pekat... the 1 i bought wrote there soy sauce DARK.... but then... its so liquid.... lol.... but its really nice when i add it onto the rice and eat... yummy.... da bao for tomolo mayb for lunch... =)

other than that... i had seriously been lagging behind in my studies... so many tutorials untouched yet and new 1 coming each week... omg.... really need to put sum efford in d...... so nite time melanie came over to do sum tutorial... ending up she youtubeing and facebooking here oni... while me the rajin 1 keep do do do.... haha....

she came over wasnt for the study actually... for my kitchen... =.= she said she hungry oo... den i so gud say can eat my rice... but she tak mau... hmph... mm sik for... so she took my pasta and cooked... she actually poured all of my leftover pasta sauce in... omg... thats like still got 2/3 of it before.... gg... have to really buy things again.... rice dah mau habis... so is pasta and the sauce is finished.... aih....

walked her back to ghetto summore.... so freaking far and cold.... saw few bunny hop hop hop... kinda cute.... but no time to stop and look la... or else i would be frozen outside d... lol... trackbottom really is not suitable for these type of weather... summore u noe la... i wear slippers i duwan go zip up my trackbottom... den the wind blew and wuuuu.....

went for a MA55UE meeting in the chaplaincy... to those who dunno wat it stands for... it means Malaysia And Singapore Student Union in Edinburgh... i think its sumthing lidat.... lol.... the meeting was about the coming event which is the Hari Raya thing.... gonna invite ppl for a meal.... wif us cooking the malaysian food... of coz not me la... paiseh paiseh...

after dat nothing to do so played tabletennis there... they actually have the table and bats... which is all FOC.... lol.. theres a foosball table as well... but not like ours in msia la... its abit dif and sucky.... FOC as well... lol.... called back parents and then hanged around in microbyte(the cafeteria) wif chit melanie weihan and nicholas from the 3rd year.... chit chat awhile and ooo shit... raining.... screwed la... lazy go back then.... so hanged out there till 6 for the chaplaincy free wednesday meal... the Nigerian are cooking and its really not bad.. juz alot of vegies.... sob sob... saw this chinese gal from shanghai... not bad ooo... =P haha....

btw... feel so so so sorry for karwye at the moment... stayed till so happy in his room den sum1 called and told him to move away as its not his room.... apparently... his room is so big and spacious... bigger bed as well... is becoz its a couple sharing room.... wtf..... so he shall have to shift to a new room tomolo... pity him....

another day passed and its nothing special... tuesday... housecleaner gonna clean my room... cool... it seems lots cleaner and smells better.... lol.... tues is always the most packed day.... study 5 hrs.... and continuous probs stats and calculus... can make me sleep in cls... too boring... =.=

squash after cls again... dinner was the curry chicken wif rice from yesterday and it seriously taste GOOD!!! haha.... wont complain if everynite lidat... lol... after squash went to chit's room to get a washing net... its better to use it rite?? i duwan my socks and underwear got strecthed le.... =P after lagging in his room... went to phin's.... and hanged there for a long time... started off wif KTV... with every1 complaining me zao yam.... =( i noe i cah sui la... lol... den youtube for quite a long time watching stupid jokes.... there was this guy... a puppet master... damn cool man.... wat "akmed the dead terrorist".... lol... funny.... then after that watched a freaking stupid show.... 鬼啊鬼啊!! dont it sound scary to u?? its a stupid show toking bout ghost's life... real stupid and pointless.... wasted my time.....

went to see my mentor today.... Tim Johnson.... my 1st tought was... he shall be a overaged guy... like all the guai lou... the hair short short... mayb dei zong hoi... blonde.... but then... everything turned out to be opposite... hes a quite young man.... hair not short at all.... long and curly... whole face facial hair.... like nv trim lidat... a very messy looking guy... lol.... he keep ask me what do i want to do in the future.... i study actuarial science wat do u think le?? hahha.... then keep saying about CV... how important is extra curicular.... lol....

btw.... i tried to steam corn i bought the other day... when i say corn... yes... the whole stick of corn.... not juz biji biji corn.... u think popcorn meh... haha.... streamed to perfection.... add on salt... jeng... but not feeling at all... >.< so went to microbytes and had another burger for lunch... =.=

dinner time... chicken breast meat came to my mind and want to do yat wok sok.... went to the freezer... OMFG.... so hard... as hard as stone... throw at u u can die seriously.... all 5 pieces are glued together and hard... how to defrost it?? omg... threw inside the microwave to defrost 3 mins... still cant detach.... how how how... best of all... a kitchen mate came in... yorh... i damn paiseh la... ran back to the room... look for help... thanks yw for advising me to put it inside water... but prob is the water here is super cold d.... it will take ages for it to melts....... and i am hungry NOW....

Singapore Night Race was a bomb... unexpected win for Alonso and unexpected tragedy for Ferrari... sad now...(A ferrrari fan le)!!!! why.. why so bad luck.... this season the fuel nozzle had been malfunctioning quite often... thats sad and its all happened in the ferrari pits.... aihhh.... dat costed Massa alot man... and i dun understand what Kimi was doing... go understeer and bang into the wall with 5 laps or so remaining... >.< Boooo to Hamilton... lol....

MASSUE got a meet and greet event tonite in the Chaplaincy.... not bad... big number of malaysian.... and theres few hong kong ppl crashed in as well... =) found out that theres a singaporean in robin smith (near me le... same level summore).... hahaha... will try to mix out abit if got the chance... lol... den go few quite leng luis as well... but all seniors... aihhhhh.... =.=

beside the food from MASSUE... Mai cooked a feast for us... =) thank you mai... the food was great... i did help out le u noe... cutting my finger abit and bled into the carrots... hhaha.... and the carrots were used to make the nasi briyani or wats its called.... lol... so every1 had a sip of my blood... damn u all bloodsuckers.... ^_^ overall... the foods were seriously nice... for me i sure dunno how to cook all those foods.... no confidence... =P juz that it was quite hot..... need lots of water... haha....

the plan of the day was to go to SainsBury's to buy groceries today... dey wanted to go to the bigger 1 but its further away.... sort of like... we have to change bus to get there.... so whole journey there i have no idea how long it took.... but it wasnt a waste... the big Sainsbury's is like in a sumwhat retail outlets... sumthing like those factory outlets with alots of shops together... but the shops were quite boring... went in this Boots first... guess wat... it wont sell u boots but its a pharmacy instead... quite big in UK... then went to Argos where Han was having fun with the purchasing method there... step 1 key in ur stuff's number... step 2 pay either with cash or card... step 3 collection... well.. these are things which is not seen in msia.... and han was having fun with the credit card... lolness... bought an iron... haha.. i wont need it as i dun iron... lol... then went to Curry... No.. its not an indian restaurant... its an electrical and electronic stalls ok....!!! then there was mark and spencer and JJB sports.... MU jersey selling at 34.99 pounds... worth it or not le??

btw... we had our 1st ever KFC in Edinburgh... lol... the SnapFax was a joke... tipu orang 1.... no discount for us as its oni limited to sum place oni... GG.... btw... SnapFax is suppose to be a discount card for a whole range of shops... i remembered i used it once for burger king... 10% off... took sumthing like foldover... well.. thats how i will eat veges in UK i bet... coz i wont cook it myself k!! for sure....

theres still few clothing shops like NEXT and NEW dunno wat shop is dat... but din go coz sum1 rushing and went straight into sainsbury... well... i feel dat its no different from Asda... yes... the chicken mayb better... but its about the same thing oni la.... bought lots of stuff.... spent 18 pound... which is quite alot.... hope dey could last for 2 weeks... =) bought corn and potatoes by the way..... can steam corn as lunch... haha....

what does it means by hard become half?? it sure got sumthing to do wif my kitchen fool around again.... this morning wanted to make hard boiled egg... so went to the kitchen.... put 2 eggs in and water... and start boil at maximum.... went back took bath.... go back out.... took the egg out... aihhh.... I should had look properly 1st... the water wasnt really boiled till bubble popping up oso... damn... so the eggs ended up... perfect half boiled egg.... sadnya... well... i think the reason behind it was that... the pot i used was too big so it took very long for the water to boil.... =.=

later evening... tried out pasta.... went into quite a mess yet again... wif all the tomato sauce on my shirt... haha.... so what i did was... boil water put in the pasta... then the sauce juz put the ready made bolognese sauce... and add water... i think i added too much water... haha... made the whole dish like veli watery and slimmy.... =.= well... that was my FIRST time cooking pasta and as my kitchen mate said... "Pasta.. Oo.. Its very easy..." =)

today after 1st class i have a 2 hr break so came back and fried rice again... i starting to get bored of fried rice d... help me!!! muz try cook pasta one day... bought it and juz left it there... how geng of me... so the fried rice... i packed into 2 box... 1 is call lunch box and another is called dinner box... haha.... okok la... taste not bad... =)

after class went to the sport centre yet again... well.. muz fully utilise my 53 pound rite?... intended to play squash... but sadly no courts were free... as 6 of them are used by the scotland team to practice i believe... saw them played... all so pro and its juz so darn shit loud.... POM POM POM... lol... so wat else to do?? gym was veli full as well... walked around and in the end... used the treadmill.... oops.... i sudnt had ran.... my cut on my leg juz start bleeding again... >.< dats sad u noe... hope it faster recover la.. i want play sports 1 ar!!!

yesterday nothing much special except the cut on my leg is getting worse and worse everyday... dunno how... now it chut zap u noe.... ewwww..... then dinner was too lazy to cook as too hungry and saw ppl in the kitchen so... i paiseh paiseh la... haha... in the end took dinner in the servery... boring food same as ever but still better den mine for sure....

this morning... got woke up around 8am.... by my dad... who called to tell me a great news.... guys... i got cambridge a level awards...... Top in Maths and 2nd for dunno wat 3 subject's average i think..... haha.... so god damn syok now... but still.. i was aiming at furthermaths le.... damn... coz furthermaths i got few question correct which the GOD in my cls got it wrong... haha.... soli xinyi.... no offence... hehe... anyway.... wat the use of all these awards... when i cant seem to remember any formula now?? omfg.... so gonna have to start revise Boss's notes.... Happy happy... but too bad cant be there to receive it as i am here in edinburgh.... >.<

btw... i had decided to get a samsung omnia 8gb i believe.... coz is saw this package online... free fon 30 pounds per month but got sum cashback so effectively is 25 pound per month... 18 months contract... quite worth it rite?? when u compare it to my fren's new baby - IPhone... which he got it for 35 pounds per month and 18 months contract and summore needa pay 99 extra for the fon.... lol... lets hope its a nice fon.... but a bad thing about all these online package... its like online shopping... but the local shops like carphone and phones4u dun have all these attractive packages le... so le.... thank you my bro to help me get it using ur name... haha.... coz its hard to do online shopping in campus hostel... >.<

oh yea.... i cooked for dinner as well.... dis time... i cooked lots of rice.... not juz for 1 person... haha... to ensure no failure this time... =) and it turned out veli nice.... den extra rice keep in fridge for fried rice or reheat lo... for the dishes.... i have baked beans and fried egg... sounds boring rite?? yeah i know... =( not happy to cook for myself oni le... was thinking dat there will be ppl in self catered and every1 cook together... =(

this is the first sunday i spent alone here... So what did i do? theres 24 hrs to spend wor.... woke up around 10 sumthing and watched gah hou yuit yun 38... i muz say its super jeng... haha.... really made me gan jiong and wanna watch the finale... so around 1 lidat went to try streaming football... which is rediculously hard... and lag... sum cant even start... sum loaded but not smooth... or sum veli blur quality... den cant even stream tvb bei cui toi!!! damn... there goes my finale....

went to student union to watch Chelsea vs ManUtd then... so happy when ManUtd score their 1st goal... but then... i knew it... dey muz get another goal before halftime.... and there goes the chance to win the game after half time.... ManUtd dunno do wat... all defence... how to play... let ppl atk... of coz let ppl score la... stupid... =.= then evening went to gym to use the treadmill.... ran ran ran till now muscleache.... squad down to get my shampoo oso sakit... aduh...!!!

then dinner i cooked again.... big big failure i muz say... the oni success was the 'water egg'... sui dan... smooth.... but then the rice like half turning into congee... yucks... like eating rice paste lidat... den sausage... i muz say their sausage really not dat nice... =.= the rice i really dunno y... mayb its juz not meant to cook a person's rice... 'too little' it telling me.... lots of bubble coming out and dirty my whole rice cooking.... >.< took long time to clean the mess man...

so wat did i do today?? (its thursday here ar) as morning tutorial is cancelled as its the 1st week oni... cls start oni at 12.15.... cool... woke up early as cant slp well and stream sum videos... haha... at laz i start settle down and start watching back my tvb series... yay... dled gah hou yuit yun and streamed 'your class or mine' and 'wat wat wat demigod'.... if u guys got watch your class or mine... its actually quite a nice series... funny funny... let u heng song dat type... bez of all... sum1 made special appearance... haha.. u noe who MK Sun?? yes... u are right... the 1 from lut zheng san yan wong 2.... lol... quite interesting series.... but still nothing beat gah hou yuit yun....

still haven use my kitchen yet.. other than watching dishes dis morning after eating half boil eggs... and cerials.... i think i gonna try cooking sumday... which is dunno when.... early dinner in uni's canteen... (the place is called servery btw)... then after that.... went to sign up for sports membership... costed me 53 pounds.... expensive... but its useful as i think i will be using the sport centre quite often... as without the member... each entry cost u 1.50 pound.... =.= played squash... not bad not bad.. there are 8 or 9 courts i think... and 1 of them is damn cool... with seating all around... for competition use 1... u noe la... those wif the see thru wall 1... lol.... looking forward to play badminton!!! cheers....

well... this is the 2nd nite i spent in my room.... and god its so hard to slp.... 1st i think was due to the bed.... it like go down at the middle... =.= 2nd i think is the pillow... soft like wat... 3rd is the blanket or comforter.... so bloddy bulky and heavy... and 4th is mayb my bed is pointing at the door?? bad feng shui... haha.. or 5th its mayb my room too cold coz i dun on heater?? but i dunno... 1 think i dun like is the sound of silence... not exactly silence but got those shreeching sound...(did i spelled wrong again?) and mayb i miss home gua... T_T no more mum or bro or dad to kacau....

anyway... yesterday after sending off my parents and bro at the airport... took the bus back.. took me about 45 mins i think... missed the sports fair.. darn.... wanted to join badminton and football la... at nite then went out for a dinner with all the malaysian.... the 3rd year(we are the 2nd year) brought us to University of Edinburgh's Chaplaincy for free dinner... haha... got curry la and stuff.... okok la the food not bad but now i got stomachache d.... sigh.... it seems that there's alot of msian in edinburgh ooo... happilyness.... but most of dem game freak.... omg.... and i dun play games... how?? tell me how??? haha....

paiseh paiseh.. it had been so long since my last update... i am safely in edinburgh... started my 1st cls today... but till now i oni stayed in hostel only once... >.<

so what with the earlier nites? on friday bro drove us down to North England to visit around their National Park... they call it Lakeside i think... coz the whole place have lots of lakes.... so the town we stayed in was called Keswick... NorthWest of England... some where up from Manchester and left from Newcastle... the town is considered big for them but wat i saw was its juz a small town... but nice place to be... the people around are like in edinburgh... feel veli safe compare to msia... haha... agree with my fren that guai lou feel so much more safer... back in msia the chinese we sked tipu org... blacks sked curi curi... no offence la.. but thats how malaysia is nowadays... with all the politics war on....

then we visited few other small town and lakes... nice scenery everywhere... juz that when it start drizzle here... it really drops for the whole day... T_T meaning super duper cold and wet.... went to waterfall which i think its about the same standard as those in msia... lol... and dey say its the best in uk??..... went to a slate mine as well... took a tour into the mining cave... quite interesting.... will upload pics later when i get back to my hostel and have lots of free time.... by the way... i am currently out of hostel yet again... staying wif bro coz wed whole day free... no lesson.... den my parents leaving tomolo... so stay wif them den tomolo after sending them off i go back hostel and really start my lonely life.... =.=

1 thing i want to complain juz after one nite of stay.... the internet juz suck le.... all the direct download site like megaupload and etc all got prob.... yorhhh.... ppl here want to dl gah hou yuit yun la.... the prob is wat... the whole campus share an ip.... so its always say ur ip is currently downloading oledi... or u have reach the limit... omg... even the megavideo reached limit of 6 per day as well... wtf... so wat can i do in the uni... aihhh.... really feel veli sad now.... update update again soon... bye...

Touched Down...

after 1hr delay in KLIA for no recent and 12-13hrs of sleepy flight... and almost 5 hrs of waiting in Heathrow terminal 5 then another hour of BA flight, i had finally reach Edinburgh Airport....

MAS is really OLD... the plane is can say lao peh comparing to SIA.... everything look old compared to SIA new A380... lol... screen so small compared to A380 huge screen... the toilet oso old looking and dirty.... what can i say more... the seat cover in front of me fell halfway as well... best joke was there was this man... lets call him 'boh tak cek' man.... wanted to on the reading light... so how to on.. he din noe the button was on the controller... so without asking the assistant he went to push the light tot its touch sensitive or wat... push and pushed harder... piak... broke... =.= too bad i was sleeping... haha... but overall its was quite a decent flight... the foods are nice... 1st came the pasta.... then came nasi lemak... din tot my last nasi lemak was on a flight... and i slept throughout most of the flight... its quite comfortable to slp lo i muz say... or mayb i juz Tired??

reached heathrow and guess wat... the custom or sud i say UK Home Office was so packed... all with foreign passport... and luckily being a 1st Time Student... i got a priority line... fast and easy... and the health check was quite fast as well as dey juz ask for my chest xray... then got our luggage and went to 'Nothing To Declare'.... easy la.. who say they will search 1... all these while i nv even kena once.. mayb of my looks gua.. innocent look... haha... who say will check laptop ehh?? wat bullshit....

reached Edinburgh den straight to Heriot-Watt wif my bro driving a rent car.... got my room key and went to find out how to enroll myself into the uni.... 3 steps.... pre enrollment meeting, online enrollment and collection of the student ID... so guess wat... i missed the 1st 2 things... so went to find director and this mr Philips was quite a nice guy... let me enroll in his office room... use his com and printer summore... =) thanks... but sad thing is the 3rd steps is on nez day 4.15pm.... which initially the plan was the whole family go visit north england... found out that if i dun go collect... i need to go thru late enrollment wif penalty of 30 pound... == GG.... so wat sud i do... most prob leave for the trip after i get the ID gua....

so how bout my accomodation?? self catered single ensuite... room 218.... Robin Smith Hall.... its the furthest from the uni main block... >.<>.< lets hope i get to noe these ppl when i really start my study nez week and really stay at the room... and lets hope i have lots of malaysian chinese frens... haha... and hope got ppl near my hall... =)

so now i am at my bro's house... which i will spend nites here... so I am here to annonce that i had safely arrive in Edinburgh... Happy or not... still dunno.... all these while was quite ok mood until i steps into my room and noe dat those around me are guai lou... need time to get use to it... T_T

Ferrari couple hit, robbed

SEREMBAN: A Singaporean couple on their way to a hill resort for a holiday had a harrowing experience – not only were they involved in an accident but they were robbed as well.

The couple were travelling in a Ferrari on Friday when it collided with another vehicle at the 274th kilometre of the North-South Expressway, slightly damaging its front.

Within seconds of the accident, two men wearing baseball caps arrived in a Mercedes Benz and began shouting at the couple.

A witness said one of them was holding a piece of wood and hit the Ferrari with it before assaulting the driver who was already injured in the accident.

Abandoned: The Ferrari about to be towed away after it was involved in an accident at the 274th kilometre of the North-South Expressway near Nilai.

He said they fled after taking several items from the Ferrari.

The woman was not harmed as she ran off on seeing the two men approaching their car.

“Within a short while, a few more Ferraris arrived and took the couple away,” he said.

State police chief SAC I Datuk Osman Salleh confirmed the incident but added details were still sketchy.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the two men had impersonated Customs enforcement officers, he said.

It is learnt the couple had yet to lodge a police report as of yesterday evening.

JJ, dats y so many singapore ferrari was there.... then when dey were crusing on the highway there came this black merc with aftermarket bodykits(act yeng).... the drivers of the merc tried to stop the ferraris and show a tag and claimed to be police... the ferraris din care bout them and they continue to search for victim.... came to this black ferrari and dey gave a chase... and under the rain, the ferrari sumhow lost control and crashed into the hyundai... so the 'happy' robbers came down from merc and hit the beautiful ferrari and robbed the guy off... apparently the driver of the ferrari wasnt injured in the accident buy got bashed up by the robbers....

x2 as in twice in a day.... 1st 1 was in pyramid with the sunway gang.... happy that quite a number of ppl showed up... haha... anyway... dats not oni for me... its to farewell Jinn, SuShan, KarWye as well... all leaving this month.... every1 separating d... well.. its a must to pursuit own goals and for the future rite?... so had lunch in Secret Recipe... dunno y want there oso... haha... so many other places.... dun really like it there except for sum cakes...

so there was a 神秘嘉宾 .... our long time no see JJ.... not JJLin... dat 1 everyday i see him he dun see me jeh... but JJ Tan.... our very own Jiong Jian kor... still as cool as the old days... never changed at all.... he really wei da oo... he supposed to be in genting wif his fren at that time but he himself took bus down to KL just to see us... thank you for ur special appearance lo.... caught up alot wif him... gonna see him in uk soon... juz have to wait a year jeh... but too bad he sure will be in london... smart people all goes london... or sud i say >50% of malaysian are all in london??... rich ppl ma....

then at night the old scout gang and puchong gang and andrew crashed in my house... for a bbq and gathering.... the sausages are nice and i heard the mutton was best?... too bad din take any of it... dun really take lamb meat... >.<" and they broke the record for my home with "Most people in the pool at a time".... lol... i think around 10 ppl was cramped in the pool... all complaining about the freezing water.... and lining up to swim against the water jet... splash here and there.... to wet the whole floor.... thanks to our very own Richard Phelps.... long hands and dumb...

after the wet and hot part... hot as in the bbq is juz so hot and smoking.... the fun part start... which is the Poker... flooded whole table with coins... lol... say is say coins.. but can lose quite a bit ehh... >.<" conned our phelps into drinking "chilipadiplus"... which is chilipadi + 100 plus.... damn cigek... it continued till we saw england scored twice against andorra... well.. if england cant win than they shouldn't even kick football d... lol... every1 took 1 hr nap and left at 5am.... to help up kahjun's dad later at 6.... siau kia..... as they rushing off.... the usual tradition stayed... sum1 left a shirt behind and the bbq thingee... aihhh... so thats the 2 farewell... i sure i will miss all of the ppl here and if i am back here in december... i sure will announce.... =) take care every1... underwater... smile and please open eyes la....

Lets start with yesterday... yesterday my name appeared in The Star... so did all the a level student who just graduated.... sunway had an advertisement and listed out every1... but the list is darn confusing... with all the name randomly scattered all around... furthermore... u cant say it folo the results as well... weird... its juz not in alphabetical order either... but i think its actually following our archievements... just that they never states the result out... mayb too malu d?? the list of 4 As ppl are too short?? compare to other college?? well... our community is small.. so cant compare rite?? after dey group by archievement... they juz simply mix up the name... to make it appear as it not following archievement... what nonsence and what a way to advertise the a level.... haha....

then li-ann's garden was in sin chew re pao.... any1 who have it... juz flip to pg 8 in da du shi... all the pictures are actually li-ann's house garden.... nice ehh... seems big but actually not according to her... haha... smart cameraman getting all the right spot.... lol... so DO check out 2 Sept newspapers...

today went to get my visa... finally after about a weeks of working days... its done... i think dey really sent it to uk and send it back gua... or else y would dey say to transfer the package from british high commission to application centre need 3 days?? weird.... so at last i got my visa and the only thing left for me is PACKing... which is a major headache... saw few frenz at VFS(the application centre).... Yan Sheng, Andrew Ng, Eng Joe and his gal gal.... heard that chee chung was there today as well.. but too bad din see him coz he at level 3... it seems that the submission had been transfered to level 3 instead of level 19?? not quite sure but biometric still at 19.... lol... how good that dey have frens... summore is 不约而同... unlike mine visit to VFS the last time... all alone with all the strangers... haha....

btw... as ManUtd is drawn same group wif Celtic for the UEFA... i was thinking that i might find ticket go Glasgow to watch it.... but unfortunately... i dun think i will ever get the chance... haha... checked online for the ticket pricing and guess what... it priced at UK pound 341 i think... wtf... 10 days away and finally took the initiative to kick start my packing... so how much did i packed today?? i must say i am always a failure man.... a lazy guy.... lol... juz took out the shirts and pants i bought... spread around my bro's bed... and choose... den consulted mum on wat to bring and in the end it turn out that most of the new shirt bought was rejected by mum... haha... reason?? old shirt more comfortable to wear ma.... summore dunno y i got few shirts from Primark in UK... the colar is juz so small and uncomfortable... lol... so i got around 10 shirts out... and few pants... and infact... thats all for the day... T_T dats call packing?? what a failure i am....

well.... i think its somehow related to my LAZYness.... haha... i admit i am lazy... but actually... this is wat i thought... its just feel very hard to pack when u know u are packing to somewhere far from home and wont be back for quite sometime... aihhh... summore... i dunno how often will i go laundry... will i get shirts there or wat... =.= hard to pack la... hope tomolo i further pack my stuff la... not much time d... must see wat i lacking and get them quickly as its obviosly cheaper here than in uk...

days counting down and i will be leaving in like 11 days from now.... >.< less than 2 weeks le... and come to thing of it... when i left msia... and wont be coming back for quite awhile... the cars in my house will be left to rot... =.= juz imagine... there will be 4 cars at home and only 2 drivers... omg... a merc, bmw, estima and my vios.... aihhh... average 1 person drive 2 cars... thats abit kua zeong rite?? and my little bro will not be driving until another 2 years... so wat... to bring the ratio lower ask my bro drive illegally?? haha...

well... warming up the engine is for sure a must... dun want my engine to rust when i come back... remember there was once i went for sum trip and guess wat... my old waja battery died and cant start... in the end got my 1st chance to drive the bmw to college... and guess wat... the 2nd time i drove ended up wif a saman heading to my home... wth...

and had this thought today.... why did my dad got a bmw last time?? initially my mum wanted only a civic... then ended up in a bmw showroom where only my dad test droved the car... my mum din try it and ended up... bought d only know that the steering is so so so heavy.... Autocar Magazine quoted it "biceps building steering"... hah... so as my mum dont want any big biceps she seldom drive it also.... not really because of that la but because my mum hands are weak due to some sickness... so.... conclusion is what a waste... summore i am not really driving it much as well as i am a "green" driver... love the environment so i prefer to use my vios which consume less petrol... haha... but that bmw is no doubt a good car... 200kmph wor.... zooooommmmm......!!!

well.. my thought was that since my elder bro not coming back so often... we actually had only 4 ppl sitting dat car... since my grandma legs got prob and seldom goes out and maid shall pui her at home... so 4 ppl only.... the question is why din we got a sport coupe insisted of the bmw... i am sure a coupe is anytime more yeng den bmw la rite??? at least got style ma... and it actually fit 4 ppl except that the ppl behind seats will be abit sempit... summore the bmw is juz actually act as sum sort of weekend car... not really day to day to us oso... how good if i could drive a sports out a day like today to fetch my mum and the journey consist of lots of highway... haha... so my main thought is.... since the bmw act as a weekend car... y not get a sport.... even a hyundai coupe is quite nicely designed...(shhhh but no performance la...) but what i want juz style oni not performance oso... summore those recon sports is anytime cheaper then the bmw le... then our cars will be just nice... merc and estima act as family car... then vios as a day to day car or drive to pasar car for my mum.... since it fuel saving rite.... den a weekend car... great!!! but continue dreaming la... my dad wont ever sell the bmw away... =.=

so in the end... a sport in my house will be a dream for me... my wish is dat i will get a sport on my own in the future... sport as in not those exotic sport like ferrari or lamborghini.... but mayb those 2.0 or 2.5cc engined cars.... like the audi tt or volks eos or toyota celica or toyota mrs or......... those exotic are juz a big waste of money unless i have rm 1bil in my bank and a 2mil exotic is juz 0.2% of wat i have.. lol.. actually wif that amount of money... might as well invest in housing properties which will appreciate instead of depreciate.... my dream shall come true some day...!!!

Cooking on my Own... Success?

Success?? not really.... saturday i tried to fry rice.... for 4 ppl i think so the wok is quite full.... 1st failed came coz i cao ar cao ar until cao chut gai... sum rice fly out d... sob.... but overall its edible... juz dat its abit tasteless??? din put serbuk ayam aka ajinomoto ma... then today was to cook 'yat wok sok'.... all in one cooking style... meaning all in the rice cooker... this time i cut the meat myself... marinate it myself wif out any guidance... in the end come out.... same like the fried rice... abit tasteless... not salty enuf... ask me y this time??... coz i din put light soy sauce... all these while i tot black soy sauce got taste but according to my mum... it actually juz act like colouring... not much taste... >.<"

so wat happened beside cooking these few days?? yesterday was the olympic laz day and went out early for dinner to rush back to watch The Closing Ceremony... it was really a big blast... thumbs up to China for making up a huge performance and winning the Olympic overall in gold medal count.... thumbs up for polluting the world as well... lol... to show off that they are rich and dey created gunpowder and fireworks.... dey shoot fireworks whole nite... here and there non stop... all the smoke after dat i really cant imagine.... but then i like the olympic ring fireworks... veli special and nice... like the commentator said, 'no 1 else can do this except the Chinese...!!' lol...

and how did malaysia performed??? juz 1 silver from our lee chong wei... Malaysia really malaysia... he get silver den now he get his rm300k and 3k per month pension... how good.... bez of all... he is soon to become a dato??? wtf... so easy get dato in malaysia... dey even going to give to Misbun Sidek... omg... wat did he really do le?? beside training lee chong wei?? aihhh... wat else?? today initially planned to go for a medical checkup... but in the end din go coz i din fast... no1 tell me to fast oso... cant blame me ok.... the past week had been quite busy for me... applying for uk visa... settling the accomodation contract... lots of things to take care of... and more to come... i haven go for medical checkup(tomolo)... dentist check up as well... and i oso haven get my shoe as well... sigh... stationaries oso.... and lets hope dat my application for uk visa is a success... confident wif it... lol...!!! muz get it cannot fail... not much time d...

had been using my laptop for the whole day today to get used to it... quite good... got used to the keyboard d... nice and easy to use... but it have 1 prob... the wifi seems weak... it cant seem to search my wifi connection until i go nez to the router... GG...

the nite before was so so so busy photostating and arranging all the documents for my uk student visa application... so many supporting documents u noe... so troublesome.... did until 2 oni gao dim... sob....

then my dad's secretary did a great job yesterday as she helped me key in all my online application and best of all she booked an appointment succesfully.... 12.15pm so i left house around 11.30 and pick up dad from his office den straight to Wisma MCA, Jln Ampang... wisma MCA... sound so much of MCA but in fact is juz few level of MCA... haha... there are hell lots of other companies and office... including UTAR.... and VFS (the UK Visa Application center)... 19th floor and the lift took ever so long to reach G.... aihhh...

out of the list... lucky i have the appointment... so many ppl were queing up to get in... get pass the security check... and its juz seem like not moving at all... GG.... and oni the applicant can go in... which meant that my dad had to wait outside... inside its full... all the seating almost taken.... waited for about 6 number and "26 counter 3"... lol.... quite easy then... the officer juz ask for the form and sum question... den took everything... including my photostats of documents, original document (bank statement le), as well as my passport.... new and old... sapu everything.. hope they dun lose anything... or else i will surely COMPLAIN!!! lol... then waited awhile again for biometric thingee... which is fingerprint of all 10 fingers and a photograph.... and thats all.... it took around 45 mins i think.... quite easy... the real tough part is lining up to get in and filling up the stupid 7 parts form.... wif all the dumb questions....

took lunch wif dad and then back home and rushed out to pyr to watch movie wif Pui, Shin, Thom, Max, Wye.... the show we watched was "Wall-E".... a cartoon wif all robots... and fat people.... okok oni la... no conversation 1.... but the animation quite cute la... but overall juz a normal cartoon.... it give us a good pengajaran dat we must save the world by cutting our pollution and rubbish.... great meaning....

went Murni for dinner then... as usual Roti Hawaii.... i quite like it... lol... wif all the meat and sausages... haha... keng fei hua as usual again and then Small Q decide to come over... lol... guided dat road noob through fon... and luckily he smart enuf to find his own way... juz 1 road oni wat.... after that drop our ah Pui at her mum's office in Pusat Bandaraya Damansara and off we go back to Puchong... on the way saw an interesting thing... haha... to those S4/S5 ppl.... when u passing by kelana jaya... try looking at the shops' poster... got 1 poster very interesting.... the 1 wif the face for sum sort of persolekan.... try recognise the gal.... lol...

and so.... my visa application is done... wat else to do now... is to reply my accomodation.... and packing.... and collect my visa sum day next week..... so to those who going UK to study... please faster finish ur application for the visa.... it will take u 5 working days to process le... and remember book ur appointment!!!

damnit... went for futsal today and dunno y so unlucky.... 1st thing was when i resting... sitting around... den sum 1 wammmmm the ball at me... lucky saw it and pushed it away... but then.. aihh... still an unlucky day... wonder got anything to do wif 7 yuit or not??? who cares la.... i noe it hurts lots....

it went like this... corner and i was defending... the ball came trying to chest it away.... so i "focus" all my QI to my chest.... got the ball but deng.... sum1 knock into me hard from behind where no QI there so its a really weak point.... he got my diafragma i think.... cant breathe for quite sum time... lying on the floor like a soon to be dead fish out of water.... >.<" grasping for air... NO AIR NO AIR.... tried so hard to breathe in but lung not moving.... wanna speak oso cant.... aihhh....

after a while oni start to recover abit... lungs responded and got sum fresh air in.... >.<" so painful u noe... 1st thing i tot of is to go back home and tell mum "miii... now i feel wat u felt when u falled down in China..." my mum had a bad fall when visiting China few weeks back.... she said she cant speak for quite awhile... same case like me.... but then she had bad stomach as well... keep tou oh... hope it doesnt happen on me... X.X so DEAD now.... still hurts....

went to 1u after lunch today... walk around and shop for my uk.... aihh... come to think of it... really alot of money spent..... bought a backpack today... for laptop... ended up rm250 for a nike 1.... summore not really have good padding.... well... the other brands are juz too squarish and 1 word... ugly... lou tou as well... >.<" got my rice cooker today as well... quite big... 1 litre.... lol... then wanted to buy a new shoe.... the nike new air victory... quite expensive le... but out of stock for my size... so more time for me to think do i really need it.... well... i need a multi purpose shoe now.... wear to class wear to hang gai wear to run around and wear for most sports like badminton basketball everything... well... seriously i think dat shoe fits my requirement but not the price... feeling bad to spend so much of my dad's money d....

got myself sum cute toys as well... haha... chee chung had been telling me dat his bro and sis bought a mini RC car in Japan... so i did sum research and dey seem cute... made me have this sudden urge to get them... and here izit.... haha

Swimming...

swimming is a cool sport... "cooling" for real... haha.... started learning since young.... primary 1 my mum told me.... i still remember i learnt swimming from instructor mr tan in kelab oug.... learnt all the 4 styles... breaststroke is the most relaxing.... freestyle means fast... butterfly mean ??? can fly gua.... and backstroke is the worst of all.... hate it coz i always knock my head and cant seem to swim in a straight line... weird.... i still remember those old days... joined wat advance club... where we swim in the pool with flippers on.... meaning super fast... haha...

so lets see wats good bout swimming... theres juz seem to be unlimited goods bout it.... swimming keep u away from drowning.... swimming is relaxing.... especially on hot days like these days.... jump into the pool and keep the head underwater feel so refreshing... then swimming helps to build muscle as well... keep one fit... great for me... lol... then if u dunno how to swim then snorkelling would be meaningless.... haha... if can swim u can actually take off ur life jacket and dive in abit to get a closer look at the fish.... then swimming lead to scuba diving as well.... would seriously try dat sum day..... and still got so so so much good.... best of all... i hate the hot day and i like the coolness in the water...

so wats bad bout swimming??? mayb u could get muscle cramp when u swimming halfway in a deep pool or sea then say bye bye and F.I.P... (Float in Peace)... CHOY!! touchwood... i a good swimmer... nv drown.... noe my limit... lol.... the actual bad bout swimming is.... the water is just just just so freaking cold.... X.X yes u will few a little better after few stroke... but after u get tired and rest... u will juz feel cold again.... sigh... then after dat u juz wish to walk away from the pool.... lol.... well thats wat happens to me always... cant stand cold... skinny ma... lol.... dats y i dun like swimming.... aihhh....

sudden random post bout swimming coz today i juz jumped into the pool and had a cold time there.... >.<" aihh.... but good thing if i swim i could keep fit la... then after swimming went to jacuzzi in my parent's luxurious toilet.... 1st time i experience a bubble bath... lol... the bubbles really fun... really like those in the movie where u cant see wats inside the water... lol... too bad din take photo.... haha...
